    I wish I could give negative stars for my experience! I ordered my daughter's prom dress on March 22, 2025, with the understanding that it would be ready to ship. However, after two weeks of waiting with no shipment information, I began to grow anxious.On April 1, I sent an email about the status of the order, but I never received a response. My frustration mounted as I attempted to call the number provided in the email, only to be directed to voicemail without any chance to speak to a representative. I followed up with 3 additional emails, all seeking a resolution, yet each one went unanswered. At this point, I felt I had no choice but to dispute the $296.63 charge with my bank due to the lack of communication Shortly after initiating the dispute, I received an email from ***** ****** at ****, where he finally provided shipping information for the dress and requested that I reverse the dispute. However, by this time, I was extremely upset over the entire situation and had already purchased a replacement prom dress.The dress from Kiss finally arrived on April 20, but by then it was no longer needed. I immediately contacted them to request a return label, which I received and promptly used to ship the dress back. Unfortunately, after checking my bank account later, I noticed a return fee charged by Kiss, claiming that they had not received the dress I returned. Confused and frustrated, I contacted my bank and provided them with the post office receipt as proof of return, only to be advised that I needed to resolve the issue directly with the merchant.After all my efforts to communicate, Kiss eventually received their dress back, but I was left without my money. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing and has cost me both time and money. If you're looking for a prom dress, I strongly advise against ordering from this company. They exhibit a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers. Order number ********.

    we bought a prom dress in March. Sent it back in March because it was to big. It shows they received the package within 4 days of us sending it back. We sill have not been refunded our money for the prom dress. they will not return emails. there is no phone number to call. we are out $232.00 and had to buy another prom dress on top of that. So in total $500 for a prom dress. I would literally sue them for the compensation of both dresses. The one they didn't reimburse and the one i had to buy again to replace the the one she didn't get.

    ZERO STARS!!!!! Actually if I could do negative stars I would. These dresses are nothing like the picture. I spent $70 for express shipping and it still took 3 weeks to get. Now that I want to return (email sent requesting to return that very night) I'm losing out on not only the $70 but also a 10% restocking charge. I'm only entitled to $300 of the $400 I spent. I've emailed them twice since Monday and still have not received any response and they BETTER NOT try to say I was outside my time frame. I will drive to ********** (from ********) and shove these ugly dresses where the California sun doesn't shine. Also, I don't like how you have to select a star rating because they do not deserve the one that I made to give them.

    After spending $500 trying to find the perfect dress, KissProm was left disappointing. My dresses were way too small, even though I ordered the correct size according to the size chart. When I went to return the dresses, the return website said that I was outside the return period, although I had received the dresses not even a week before. Their return policy claims that the buyer has 30 days after the dresses have been received to return them. I had contacted their support multiple times, and did not receive a response. Days later after the last email, they finally responded and allowed me to return the dresses, however they wanted to give me store credit instead of a full refund. I am VERY disappointed with how this business is ran. Not only am I out $500 dollars, I really have no intention to buy from that business again. I believe if this business cannot give me a full refund, then I will seek legal assistance.

    This was an awful experience, I ordered my dress on May 15th. It is now April 22. I paid $50 for just express shipping, and over $200. I have no dress or a refund. I have emailed them over 6 times trying to reach them about my package. They said it was through ***. I called **** it's not even a real package. They said my package got lost, and I have to file an insurance claim, but it's not even a real tracking number. The people I have emailed were so rude and not helpful at all. I don't want the dress anymore, I want my money back. This is so ridiculous.

    This company is a SCAM. I spent money on a wedding dress here and they sent something knock off from ***** that does not match the photo, is terrible quality with threads falling everywhere, and when I reported it within 30 days for a return they want to charge me a 10% restocking fee and only give store credit. I asked to return this within 15 days!!! This is their fault for the awful quality yet they won’t give me a full return to the card of purchase. Beware this company is a full scam!!!

    Kiss Prom is a shady business and a scam. They have not phone number listed to the public and when I did get the phone number it goes straight to voicemail. I have called numerous times and no one will answer, it's how they run their business. I went to the store this week 3/19 which is in ****** not LA like they advertise. I was emailed from KissProm to pick up one of the dresses I ordered. I drive an hour to the store and they cannot find the dress and said there was a "mix up". I had four dresses on order and decided to cancel all of them based on what I saw while in the store. They did process a partial refund but I am still owed $276.23 for order KP706398. I have sent numerous emails and left several voice mails and no one has responded. I feel very lucky to have received some of the money back. This is not a legitimate business and I would recommend not ordering from them. As mentioned below in other complaints the quality is terrible and the customer service is from another country I think. Overall I warn anyone from ordering from here.
