    STAY AWAY FROM!, unethical practices. This contractor was dispatched by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. They went to diagnose the problem and after a short review came down and told me that I had a compressor failure. I asked how much that would cost and they said it would be $2,800 to replace the compressor or $9,500 to replace the unit. I asked if that was an estimate or a quote. They said that was there cost if I paid them directly outside of the home warranty company. I asked how much it would be if I went through the home warranty company. They began to complain about how little money they make through home warranty companies and said they would transfer it back to the warranty company. The next day I called the home warranty company and they said that "the technician could not diagnose the problem" and they had to send it to another company. This was obviously false, and cost me time. Instead of honoring the contract they took with the home warranty company, they misreported their findings, which cost my family and I a half week of time in the heat.
