      I paid WestCoast flooring for hard wood flooring and adhesive. The adhesive cost $2,000. They completed half of the job and left the rest of hardwood flooring in my garage for the second half of the job that I was going to do later. Now when I’m ready to install the rest of the flooring, I realized the adhesive was missing. All of this was under a tarp so I assumed they left everything but they didn’t. WestCoast said that their subcontractor/installers called Ideal Flooring said they left it and they don’t have a picture to prove it. So it’s my word against there’s and now I’m out $1000 worth of adhesive to get the job done. I need your help please.

      The customer order their product 11/18/2021.  We delivered all of the product the customer purchased to the job site (including Adhesive) 12/31/2021.  We installed the first phase of the project (528 sq. ft.) on 12/31/2021.  The customer did have multiple trades in her home at the time of installation and after (the glue could have gone missing then).  Our installer would not have put a tarp over the customers product.  The customer would have done that and should have noticed the "missing glue" when they placed the tarp over their product they ordered.  They are making these claims well over a year after they ordered their flooring.  In good faith we would be willing to provide 4 bucket of glue to the customer.  No monetary compensation will be provided.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1937***6, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as they give me the glue as soon as possible.
