Date: 11/01/2023 Amount Paid: $5,500.00(credit card) The business committed to provide me with financial paperwork pertaining to a loan application they were applying for my business, which they never did. Nature of Dispute: I want a full refund of my hard worked money that I was scammed out of. The business is acting as if they dont know what I am talking about or what I am referring too.Business response

After reviewing our database, we found that the information provided by ********************************* did not match our records. We have since contacted him, and he acknowledged that he mistakenly opened a claim against the wrong entity, confusing us with another organization. He assured us that he will withdraw his claim and contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to close the claim, as it was opened against us by mistake.Initial Complaint

I will begin by saying that this establishment guarantees to fix your credit for a cost. ********* who does not speak English was targeted by a radio ad put out by Enrich Financial on a ******* radio show. Only mistake done on our part was********** not talking to me before engaging in business with this company. He simply trusted them based on his cultural background. Enrich Financial signed a contract with********** that for ****** they will repair his entire credit. They agreed to receive AS PER STATED ON CONTRACT ****** to get started and then the other ***** at a later point. However, I noticed that as I was monitoring**********s credit nothing was changing and the portal that Enrich Financial kept referring us to was showing that items were being removed from**********s credit. I still chose to remain patient, but when we started receiving harassing calls daily for the other ***** despite no action being taken- I knew something was up. When I call, a lady who barely speaks english tells you to pay your balance and check the portal. These are the only two scripted statements you will hear. Years later, not a SINGLE THING has been done and we are met with hostility everytime we try to resolve this issue as they keep reflecting to this illusiory portal that fabricates an alternate reality where your credit gets fixed but on planet earth nothing is happening. At this point, I just want the acknowledgement from Enrich Financial that they took money from********** and never provided him with the service that was promised and a full refund. I would also demand that Enrich Financial either stop using this portal as a method of proving success because time and time again you can read for yourself on ***** people are being robbed. Finally, a proper resolution would be for *** to actually stand up for those of us you represent and really open your eyes to the abundance of complaints and the scarcity of details on positive reviews.Business response

We have tried to contact Mr ******* ******** with the phone number he had provided but had no success reaching him. We would like to speak to Mr ******** directly to resolve this matter, as the reputation of the company is a priority for us, and we would like to be able to review the case and clarify if there are any concerns regarding the matter. So quite frankly we don't understand why you would try to communicate through *** to begin with. Of course it's your right, and we want to make it clear that we're here to help and work with you. So please contact us when you're available to speak, our phone number is (XXX) XXX-XXXX. Looking forward to speaking with you to resolve this matter. After a lengthy phone call with Enrich Financial they were unable to provide any documents supporting their claim that any progress had been made. At this point the only resolution I can accept is a full refund. The only fact here is that we paid $2,200 and not a single item was removed from my fathers credit report, furthermore, the fact that they are unable to obtain a single document from either credit bureau showing that the items in question were deleted from the credit report as a result of a dispute initiated by Enrich Financial proves my point.Initial Complaint

Enrich financial has repeatedly **** to me and my family about ****** my credit . After ******** me and my mom for ********* of ******* and promising me I'll have excellent credit in less then year they didn't do anything. They kept ***** that they are doing everything and are ****** everything but nothing has been done . The staff is very **** and not helpful at all . They are offering me a **** refund to sign some paper work and to keep my mouth shut bout all the lows they've told us . I want a solution to my problem . It's been 3 years they are working on our file and after alll this time in still at the same place . My credit score is even lower now .Business response

I would like to provide you with some if not all the steps we have taken to fix your credit issues: We signed a credit repair contract with you and the case kicked off with 27 adverse accounts on your credit report, 23 of which have been removed from your credit report so far. Given the 3 Bureaus, i.e, Experian, Equifax, and Transunion, the progress is 78%, 78%, and 100% respectively. We got you a settlement offer on BOA summons, which you declined as you needed a longer payment plan. The progress of your case is documented and we can provide you with the necessary documents to prove our claim. Regarding the staff, I need to remind you that all telephone conversations in Enrich Financial are recorded for quality control purposes and we guarantee that our staff is by far the best trained and experienced. They always treat our clients respectfully. However, I am sorry if you have experienced any inconvenience in that respect. The story is almost the same as your mother, ****** ********* Here are the details: Out of 33 reverse accounts on her credit report, we have removed 30 so far . Given the 3 Bureaus, i.e, Experian, Equifax and Transunion, the progress is 82%, 91%, and 100% respectively. As customer satisfaction is of ultimate importance to us, We also offered you a free-of-charge credit boost. Therefore, I believe we have been doing anything to keep you happy and satisfied, from removing the negative accounts to offering compensation for customer retention purposes, and it just isn't fair if you consider all these positive acts, hints and efforts as nothing. Our reviews and reputation are important to us but more importantly, is how our guests feel. We never want anyone to feel the way you did and have left you a voicemail hoping to have the opportunity to address these specific concerns.
