A salesman from this company reached out to our company trying to sell us an abrasive. After telling him we were not interested, he offered to send us one to tryout. He told us if id did not do what he said, we could send it back free of charge. We finally agreed after relentless pushing. We received the product, tried it out, and it certainly did not live up to his hype. Before we had a chance to contact them about returning the product, the salesman called our office and proceeded to scream at us for not paying for the product. We tried to explain that it did not perform to the level he said. He proceeded to call me every profanity in the book, threatened to ruin my business and threatened to physically assault me. Luckily we have our phone calls recorded. We would have been happy to work something out with them had they been amenable. Instead, we were verbally assaulted and threatened.

Totally agree with previous reviewers - unprofessional and used car salesman tactics! Received my invoice after a 90 day "free trial" that was supposed to "earn my business" and when I responded they weren't as good as described and I would be willing to either return them or pay a portion of the costs they proceeded to provide reasons why we should be satisfied with the product as opposed to listening to why we weren't. The kicker for them seems to be "90 days isn't long enough to truly get a representation of the value." If that's the case why make the offer? I told them how the call with the salesman went down but they told me "the salesman wouldn't make those claims - if they did they would be fired" and that they record all calls. They were then to look into my claim and review the recording and respond, but they just had a different person call to collect on the invoice. When I responded to tell them I was still awaiting the results of their internal investigation into the recording, they told me they now have a new system and the recordings don't exist. Totally unprofessional and not worth your time. You can buy similar products in your local market at a lower price, and save yourself the time and headache.

Stay away! Experienced a similar scenario to what other reviewers have - scripted used car salesmen promising the moon. Sent two saw blades to try; wasn't impressed so I attempted to return. To be clear one blade was completely unused. They told me how wrong I was and that I couldn't return them. Then tried to intimidate and threaten me with collections. He repeatedly called from different numbers including spoofed numbers (numbers that appear in my area code). Each time telling me I was wrong and ripping him off. Refused to accept any return or provide an RMA. The saga continues, but wanted to forewarn any potential customers of this companies shady tactics.
