I bought a waterslide from Magic Jump for an upcoming event (July 9th). The day before the event when I opened it up I noticed they sent the wrong item, I contacted them and they said they mixed the inflatables when handling the shipment and my waterslide ended up being shipped to someone else. Since I had it rented for the next day I had to use it. I sent text and an email regarding the issue, they contacted me a week later saying they couldn't locate my waterslide and asked me if I used it which I replied "Yes, I had to. Couldn't arrive without a waterslide", and I asked for a compensation. They contacted me 4 days 4 days later they contacted me saying they can give $300 store credit which I responded "It's been two weeks already and I could've rented it out at least 2-3 times at a $500/day rate" This morning (July 25th) they just sent me another email saying they don't accept returns and all they offer me is the $300 in store credit. It's been already 3 weeks, I got a wrong item that's not in my inventory, that I'm losing money on ($2000+). And the best they can do is give me a $300 store credit for a mistake they did. This business "Magic Jump" just scam people, customer service is the worst.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/07/29) */ We communicated to client about the issue which we admit was our mistake. We corrected the issue and came to an agreement with the client which he was satisfied with. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/07/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) General manager contacted me, we came to an agreement. Totally different experience to deal with him, I did appreciate the call and his response.
