Flood Brothers and **************** especially are exceptional! We've used them several times for our properties. Their plumbers are always extremely professional, prompt, responsive, neat and reliable. The work quality is excellent, and prices are fair and market-competitive. We've come to rely on Flood Brothers as our go-to plumbers.

******* P is terrific. This is the second time we had him over on a complicated house with lots of updated appliances that can be a pain. ******* immediately caught the mistakes and sub-par work of the installers and fixed our problems in a competent, diligent way and it has stayed fixed! His bedside manner is great too. He has good problem solving ideas and will never promise anything he can't do or isn't 100% sure about. I called on Flood Brothers back in November. ******* was the technician and was professional and quite helpful. I had some repiping done at that time. Six months later I experienced the same problem and ******* came out promptly rectified the problem. I will use Flood Brothers in the future for all my plumbing needs.

He gave us a quote for a outside drain job, and took the time to examine the pipe with a camera and give his assessment in a friendly and understandable manner. First of all, thank you Flood brothers for the most amazing, comprehensive and honest service. I had an URGENT and developing plumbing situation that included raw sewage dumping into the crawl space under my house that was left undiscovered for a week until the smell alerted me to the problem. (This was due to the incompetence and possible criminality of a previous plumber ) ******* was so thorough, and supported each new unhappy discovery so efficiently all along the way. ******* was AMAZING!!!! The price quote was a little higher than others , but because of his very in depth explanation of what was going on, the time and patience he took, it gave me the confidence that I could depend on good work and $ for $ value. Then as a few more unexpected plumbing issues were discovered!!!!( I know. Worst nightmare) Continued to calmly troule shoot with me until a very reasonable and ingenious compromise could be actioned! Because of *******'s trouble shooting , despite their quote, I ended up saving money in the end and feel I got a bargain. I am so grateful to ******* and his team. This is the best plumber i have ever used. They are so fast and get the job done! CANNOT RECCOMEND ENOUGH!!!

In early August 2022, the toilet closest to the main line in the back yard wasn't flushing. I called Flood Brothers based on the good Yelp reviews. The issue turned out to be a rooting problem. I have a beautiful, huge tree in the back yard with a massive root system. The roots probably go further underground than the height of the tree. **** and his assistant spend hours cleaning the pipes of a thick tangle of roots. There may have been a pipe replacement, I can't remember. It cost $5,800, but I felt the hard work, expertise, length of time, etc. warranted this amount. **** told me their work was guaranteed, so if I have problems in the future, to give them a call. Exactly four months later, the same toilet wasn't working. I called Flood Brothers again and explained the problem, saying this was the same symptom as what happened in August. I was scheduled for the next day. When they called to confirm the next morning, I mentioned the 100%% satisfaction guarantee (subject to terms and conditions). The lady on the phone put me on hold for a moment, then came back and said because it was the same issue, they wanted to send the same plumber as last time, so it would have to be scheduled for the next day. I told **** that I was having the same problem. First he went out to look at the main line; then he came in to look at the toilet. He said it was only a toilet blockage problem, which he fixed in short order; the main line was OK. He said, "You're good to go!" and charged me nothing, not even a nominal charge for the service call. I highly recommend Flood Brothers.
