i attempted to sell my vehicle the offer was lower than expected because a report came up that chase Chevrolet performed a rollback on my odometer when reporting the mileage after maintenance. Reported ****** miles back in May 23, 2022, then ****** in October 2023 then reported April 22, 2023 ******. as you can see the numbers went up significantly and drop a huge amount. Whoever inputted the numbers "******" was not correct. this is causing a huge issue on the sell back of my current vehicle due to chase Chevrolet not paying *********************** they report on the vehicle maintenance.Business response

Hello, I bought the 2019 ***** Silverado on May 5th 2020, since I bought it I have been having continuous and documented problems, the truck has caused so much hard ship and is at chase now with more issues. I have a lawyer with ******************** working on it but its been about a year now with all the back in forth. Right now its costing about $900 it has caused too much hardship and I am requesting a buy back, Im also ready to fire the lawyer. I dont know what to do anymore.Business response

Took my Truck in for ************************* On 12/21/22. When Came I called bck Told them Color of Oil did Not Look Red was told. One in nxt Morning. **** said he put his Best Guy in it. That everything was good..600mi later coming bck from Sac. Transmission was Down Shifting heavily Now they Say I need Transmission I Defenetlty ********* was Big Cause of Effect...whtcan be Done was going to Mex. I have already filed a complaint with the *** and have retained an attorney. I bought a 2015 *********** in November of 2021. The car has been in the Chase Chevrolet shop 3 times since purchasing. All 3 times the issue has involved the cooling system. In February of ***************************************** July of 2022 the cooling system and a recall on the turbo was corrected. I need to add that the turbo issue being a recall was not communicated to me until I told the service manager I was coming to get the car because the $1,800 bill was unreasonable. All of a sudden the recall was disclosed to me and I would only be charged labor. (Approximately $800). This seemed odd to me since I have NEVER been charged labor for ANY recall work done to my vehicles. I agreed to this offer so my wife could have her car back as she is a multi unit retail manager for a billion dollar Fortune 500 company and needed her car. The latest issue, 11-21-22 onset, is ANOTHER coolant issue. The outlet hose from the reservoir is damaged. I find it hard to believe after the 2 prior repairs included EXTENSIVE cooling system checks that this could even be possible. When I questioned the service center on why I would be charged for another fix to the cooling system that should have been corrected at some point the last 2 times I paid hundreds of dollars to have the work done I was then told the head was cracked because of the car overheating. This was NEVER disclosed on the initial report of what repairs were needed on the car and honestly quite unbelievable since the car had not overheated. Chase Chevrolet needs to be held accountable to the service they provide. The current issues with my vehicle should be corrected 100% at no cost to me, fixed correctly and the Chase Chevrolet service center needs to be retrained on their code of conduct. I have been so dissatisfied with Chase Chevrolet when it was time for me to buy a brand new truck, I shopped at another dealership.Business response

There is no record of this vehicle in our system. From the attachment, it looks as though the vehicle was purchased from ******************************** and is not a GM product. I'm thinking perhaps he listed our name in error since they are in the auto center next to us?
