Hi my name is ***************************, I am a kidney transplant patient and now on dialysis still in skilled nurse facility (rehab) hopping and waiting Ability Access to finish the installation of two Stairs Lifting Chairs in our apartment to go back home but my husband name *********************** who was with them while the installation; he found that these two chairs Lifting are old and when my husband tried ti call them and complain about unprofessional work they done and without finishing they left and they do not answer his phone calls so here is my story:The Ability Access they installed with unprofessional job when they install on 5/03/2023 it use to call a stairs Lifting Chairs. they came late and leaved late too after installing two reconditioned lifting chairs not as we agreed on when the person told us about one new chair and one old chair. The new chair as they described is not new and the old one is in very bad condition it looks they brought it from a junkyard not as it use to be use by a sick and disabled person as me. The contractor he already charged me on our 2 credit cards and $2000 cash, we been very honest with the person and my husband never bothered them or watched them how they work. But it looks like this Ability Access their goal is to have the (money) without caring if these two chairs are safe or in good condition to be use for a disabled person( one chair is very dangerous that my husband tried it without to operate it because it is defected chair. I am so sick for long time I have been long time a way from my home to live in as normal life, so please please help **,we borrow the money from people for this project and it looks we already have problem with it before I have seen it it is not our fault to trust people as this company.
