I took my car to Mendozas body and paint located in ******** ** on December 18, 2021. When I took it I was told by the owner of the shop that I would get my car back in 2 weeks its been 3 months sense then and I still have not got my car back payments are being made on the car and I still have not received it. I call him every other day to see when I will get my car back but he keeps pushing the date back this been going on sense ******* of 2022. I went the other day to look at the car and he just took it apart and has not fixed it he also broke some parts of the car when I told him about it he said he will take care of it but he has not done nothing i told him I was just going to take my car back and he wont let me take it I need a quality inspection after hes done with the car because hes using cheap parts to fix it and I went threw my insurance . I dont know what to do anymore I dont want to keep going back and forth with him I have already contacted my insurance and was told to contact you guys please help me I just want my car back and fixed the right way . I also have text messages of him promising me that Ill get my car back a certain date I told him that I was going to contact you and he told me to do what I want .
