We were faced with a rather complex job: Replacing a very large mirror (7ft X 4ft) - next to a 'sister' mirror and joining the two - The team at A Glasco (******* in the office to ******* in the field) did the work to our absolute satisfaction. Glad to have found A Glasco for glass replacement at our La Mesa condo. We are out of town owners so expected a hassle to get the work done. Not so with A Glasco! One phone call and everything was taken care of. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend that you do too!A Glasco Inc Response

I needed a re-cementing of three large wall mirrors. The staff made a special effort to schedule a prompt service call. (The original installation was not theirs.). AGlasco fabricated new screens for 2 houses for me, and they replaced the glass on one window that was broken. They did a fabulous job measuring, fabricating, and installing the screens for both homes. There was a minor hiccup in the measurements for a few screens, but AGlasco stepped up to re-make the screens without any issues. They were very easy to deal with, and I truly felt they stepped up to do the right thing for their customer (me). There aren't too many businesses out there like that anymore. The folks at AGlasco were also courteous and professional, their communication was open and honest, and they made doing business with them easy.A Glasco Inc Response

I regret doing business with this company that doesn't even provide minimum service to client. I prepaid and ordered 7 glass tops and got nothing but substandard work and service. It took 2 very stressful months, 4 August to 1 October for them to deliver in full. 1 star for work: I ordered a flat polished edges, and dimed corners, but they deliver non-polished and not dimed corners. Due to delay after delays, I was forced to accept thier shameful products.NO star for service: Service provided by their staffs is below par. They will talk to you in a very convincing tone and after they get your business, they will not deliver what they promised. I have to contact them several times just to get status of my work order. The only way to get status update from this company.They have promised me 3 times to make a delivery and they failed on both times. I have to get off work and took leave of absence to make their promised delivery time and date, but to no avail they did not show up at all. I have to call each time and ask if the delivery will still happen, unfortunately the answer was NO. Very very disappointing that I, the customer, had to call for delivery update. It should have been the otherway around if they cannot meet the appointment they made to their ************ learn from this company - do not pre-pay your work order. Have it "Payment upon delivery only. Make sure you get into contract that if they fail to deliver on appointed date, they must pay penalty. Or simply get another **************A Glasco Inc Response

Dear Customer, Thank you very much for your feedback. I sincerely apologize you did not receive the excellent customer service we strive to provide on a daily basis. I am very sorry we were not able to deliver your table tops in a time to satisfy your needs, unfortunately, we, as well as our suppliers, are continuing to deal with staffing shortages, and we are doing our best to hire qualified personnel as quickly as possible. Throughout the life of your project we thought we did our best to keep you up to date with deliver days and times, such as informing you when we could not make it when a Team Member fell ill. I am very sorry we did not meet your expectations. We value your feedback, and we will continue to try harder to keep our customer's informed as quickly as possible. Our policy for all of our orders is to acquire a 50% deposit. We allow our customer's to pay in full if they choose to do so. At the beginning of your order, we did provided a 10% customer discount. After receiving your table tops without the dime radius corners as requested, we immediately called you to let you know, as well as provided you the option of accepting the table tops as is with an additional 15% discount, or re-order them and ensure they have the dime radius corners as requested. At the time, you opted for the discount. If you have changed your mind, I would be happy to speak with my supplier to see about getting your table tops remade with the dime radius. If you wish to discuss this issue further, please call us at ************** and ask for *******, the General Manager. Thank you again for providing your feedback.
