    I purchased Motorcraft WW-2247 FL3Z-17528-A wipers that were advertised on their website middle of April 2025, yet was shipped WW-2208 ML3Z-17528-A which is NOT a direct match. Requested a RGA# to return and provided photos of both wipers to show difference as well as original shipping label end of April 2025. With no RGA # received, paid for postage and shipped them back for a refund early June 2025 and no refund to date and all communication has ceased since mid June 2025. AVOID purchasing from this scam company. If I could leave 0 star, I would.

    I ordered a side mirror according to my car VIN. They sent me a side mirror assembly and cover separately. The cover came in the wrong color. I contacted them and they wanted me to send them a picture. I sent them 5 pictures, showing them they sent the wrong color. I told them I wanted to replace what they sent me with the correct color. They sent me an email with the return policy. It said if they ship the wrong part, they will send me a return shipping label. I replied to the email telling them I wanted the return label. They sent me another email to return the part and let them know the tracking number. I sent them several emails telling them I'm still waiting for the return label. They stopped contacting me for almost a week. I tried to chat with customer service and after he got my order number, he suddenly got out of chat room. So, I call the customer service. She transfers me to the return department. Nobody answered. She told me she will transfer me different place but i couldn't hear which department she transferred me. The guy who answered sounded like he already knew why I was calling. He didn't tell me his name; he made angry voice, and he said what they parts, that's what I ordered. I told him I ordered to according to my car VIN. i didn't pick the color. He kept saying they sent me parts what I provided number and that's what I ordered. Also, he was yelling if I don't want to send the parts, keep it or I can sell to somebody else. After I hang up the phone, they sent me another email says send the parts with tracking number and they will inspect the pars. If I like to refund, they will charge restock fee 25% of price and If I want to replace the part, no charge restock fee. I paid $100.55 for just cover and says refund cost $ *****. if they charge restock fee, I will only receive $55.53. I sent the part, paid $16.65. I am spending $61.67 for nothing and waste my time. This is worst customer service i ever had.

    Placed an order beginning of April and today i got an email canceling. the order. Reason shipping cost has increased. When I placed the order they provided the shipping cost. No contact to discus why just canceled the order. **************** is of no use, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
