I signed a contract with UC Fencing on 3/24/2021 to have a fence replaced and paid 10% down at that time; $478. After multiple calls and attempts to get updates, my fence was finally completed 9/3/2021. I had requested the owner contact me to discuss my issues, without response. I was informed he would call me 9/6/2021 I have some issues in general with the service provided, lack of difficulty of being able to contact someone at office for follow-ups throughout the wait time, and lack of concern by owner who has not returned my call to discuss dissatisfaction.. Also, I paid in full by check the remaining $4302 (total $4780) that was cashed 9/9/2021 and have not received a receipt of warranty information, which i was informed I could not get upon payment when fence was complete.Business response

Hello ******,
Our office staff spoke to Cynthia Jefferson on Friday 9/24/2021 at approximately 3:52pm. Her final payment receipt and warranty card was also mailed out to her that same day. She also received a follow up phone call from the owner to confirm mailout and resolve any other issues.
