ARI came highly recommended. At first, I was impressed, by the sales representative, Travis. The job was/is a reroof on a flat roof, Once the job was scheduled the employees arrived on time & the job was "completed" in 3 days. Here comes the issue, I have contacted ARI on 'multiple' occasions; the company is very slow in responding & correcting the install problem. It is now 7+ months later & I'm still having ponding & draining issues. ARI did send out a crew approximately a month ago to address the issue, however they did a 'band-aid' job, adding more roofing material to what was previously put down: a 'new' roof should not have 2-3 layers of material. The roof needs to be sloped properly, which was not done. 2 stars only because the crew was flexible with the start time, arrived on time & were very pleasant.

ARI has been taking care of my tile roof for over 20 years. They were recommended back then by others. A few years ago, during a heavy storm, developed a small leak. Next day, the crew arrived, identified problem, corrected it - under warranty! I have recommended ARI to many neighbors, all of whom have been pleased with their work and their reasonable pricing which have included total re-roofing and less extensive repairs. ARI did the tile roof reset for me recently. Much thanks to your entire crew starting with Travis who impressed me right at the beginning during my home visit and consultation. Your on-site team (D**, S***** and G******) assigned to my house is A+ and I have been very pleased with the entire process end to end! We would recommend August Roofing to anyone looking for a good reliable roofer. The workers showed up every day and repaired areas on our roof that were done poorly by another roofer. They charged a reasonable price and the final bill ended up being less than the estimate they had provided. They are a terrific business and we will definitely use them again if we have roofing issues.Review from Linda E
