We paid $377 for a Multipoint Safety Inspection for our 2004 Toyota Sienna that was mostly useless - impossible to tell what maintenance we should do first. Many of the components showed no status at all, just a meaningless note: "Guest will take care of. When my wife dropped off the van they would need about 4 hours, but it turned into 3 DAYS. Basically the only useful thing they did was change the oil. Meanwhile, we've gotten prompt and USEFUL information from the same Multipoint Safety Inspection at Thousand Oaks Toyota. When we explained this, Manish basically told us they needed MORE money and time to find out what fixes are priority. And he said that I should have been there to get this information. That shouldn't be necessary at all - the report should show the information we paid for. This was a waste of our time and money. It would have been a better use of our time and money to get the BASIC service Toyota did at a Jiffy Lube or Walmart.

Simi Valley Toyota is the most scandalous and embarrassing dealership I’ve ever been too. I have bought several cars from this dealer without a problem until this one time. They ran my credit 7 times (hard inquiries) without my permission for an auto loan. I told them they could run it 2 times only. They ended up getting me approved for a car (2018 dodge charger) that I bought there from them and when I say this car should have never left the dealership, it should have never left to begin with. The car I bought was a pre owned vehicle, it also came with modifications that I had no clue of. I took the car back 2 weeks later after finding out it was not “street legal” they told me to go away and that they couldn’t help me anymore. I told them they needed too because like the manager had told me, “they are a family owned business and will always help their customers” (LIES)!! The manager ended up having an argument with me and made me look bad in front of customers and workers, he should be ashamed of himself. The car also ended up being a lemon with a bunch of problems such as me having to replace almost everything under the hood just to keep the car running, I had to replace the battery, I also had to replace brakes and tires right away because it came with horrible used ones. I ended up getting several tickets for the loud exhaust and intake that it came with under the hood. The police said this car was not street legal and When I had explained to the police about how I bought the car like that they told me to go sue and or complain about the dealership that I bought the car from!! (Simi Toyota) Reminder this car was a newer used car, I should not have had to deal with this all alone and spend so much money to make the car back to “street legal”!! I will never visit this dealership again!!

What a deceptive bunch! I visited the dealership with clear intentions - to purchase a company vehicle and have it registered under the company's EIN, not my personal social security number. I stressed this numerous times to the salesperson, sales manager, and financial representative, and they all assured me that it could be done. In order to proceed with this arrangement, I agreed to a 3% higher interest rate, allowing the vehicle to be in the company's name with myself as the personal guarantor. However, to my dismay, they ended up listing the vehicle on my personal credit report as if I were the co-signer. This had a negative impact on my financial situation, as it added to my personal debt, resulting in a 50-point drop in my credit score. It also unfavorably affected my personal credit-to-debt ratio. When I confronted the dealership about this issue, they claimed that they couldn't make any amendments to the contract and seemingly dismissed the fact that they had misled me and caused me to pay a higher interest rate. To put it into perspective, my credit score was an impressive 800 prior to this incident.
