I hired this company to install solar. The electric panel was to be replaced on 8/30. They only completed half of it because inspectors cancelled. They came back on 9/11 and finished. They installed the solar panels the following Monday. That team drilled thru my cable wires leaving us without television, and broke the cover to the attic. I was billed right away for that part of the labor and material. After I paid that I was informed that the job is still not ready for inspections due to a missing breaker. We had to wait almost 2 weeks more for the missing breaker. I believe that I only got the attention of the president of the company when I stated I was going to contact a lawyer. When we finally got to the final inspection on 10/22/2024, the job did not pass due to failure to complete items that the company was told to do on 9/11. I am still unsure if this will be completed and I never get a straight answer from anyone. I stood by the inspector when he stated what needed to be done. I have taken pictures and sent them to the company of what was NOT done. I was told someone would be out on 10/23 to make sure it passes the next inspection. No one came. I believe that once they got 90% of the bill they could care less about my satisfaction. I have talked to the president of the company and the only compensation I have gotten was $222 to cover my PG&E bill for one month. I would just like my job completed. The company knew I am am leaving on holiday Nov. 12. I have no faith this will be completed by then. I have asked several times about removal of the system for reroofing purposes and I still have not received any answer. I have asked questions about how I can manage the power stored in the battery and no one seems to know.

    *********,

Thank you for voicing your concerns.   We certainly strive for happy customers and I can assure you that your project will be completed successfully.   I wanted to address a few of your concerns.  First,  the cable behind the wall getting damaged was certainly unexpected and not intentional.  As you know one of the screws from your install intersected the wire.  That has been fixed and you television is back operating normally.   The breaker needed as part of your install to integrate with your electrical system was a long lead item, apologies for the delay with the breaker.    We are offering to cover the cost of your electricity bills for August, September, October and November to compensate you for your delay and frustration.

    Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I feel it is insulting to offer what you have already done as a solution. You paid the PG&E bill for one of the months mentioned.  I still am requesting at least $1000 removed from the final bill.  I have spent many hours waiting needlessly for employees to show up to my home.  Even for the final inspection, I confirmed the time that the worker would be at my home.  I was originally told 8 am but that was changed to 7:30-8 am.  The worker did not show up until after 9.  Once again I was not told of the change of time and I was stuck at home waiting with NO communication from your company,  I  had to call to find out what was going on.  Your total disregard for my time amazes me.  However, when you want your money you have no problem calling and bothering me.

I will offer $1000 removed from the final bill to settle this dispute and hopefully ease the time you spent on this project.

I had existing solar panels on my house. I hired this company to install additional solar panels so that I would have a zero bill from ****** monthly. My bills are more than they were before they put the additional solar panels on. I contacted the business about the problem, I have contacted ****** who they partner with for the solar loan. I paid over $3,000 to ****** last year. I also paid $2,400 to the solar loan company Mosaic. I have corresponded with this company multiple times about the issues, they have sent people out to look at it. I have an ***** squre foot house and I have 50 solar panels on my roof. It's ridiculous that I even have a bill let alone almost 300 a month from ******. This is not what was agreed upon when I hired them to put the additional panels on my roof. I want them taken off, I'd rather go back to what I had before. I was paying less a month to ****** with less solar. Completely unhappy with this
