I have a charge on my credit report for $314.13. I never received a bill in the mail, my emergency contact number wasn't contacted. After seeing it on my credit I disputed it several times. I was told it was for a missed therapy session but I only made 1 appointment and showed up for it. On 11/16/2021 I was told it was for blood work which insurance should have covered. I just want this taken care of. This situation wasn't handled right/at all. It's unclear what the charge is for, with wrong information. I have called but they haven't listened to me and just keep changing things to benefit them. They kept try to get me to admit it's mine (pretty sure it's not) when I'm just trying to get this handled. I'm so frustrated with this experience and the two ladies I had the misfortune of getting talked at. I just want my report to be right and I went to the office after the blood work and therapy session and wasn't informed of a balance. This entire situation is wonkie and I just need it fixed.Business response

Unless ********* rented an apartment from us, which I could not find any name close to that in our tenant data base, she is probably looking for KLS Financial services. They are a collection agency located in North Carolina. There number is*************.
