      Please do not make the mistake we made, avoid this company and Air1 Travels (their partners) Oct 5th -The initial process was very smooth, I worked with **** (from Sales) she was very prompt to schedule the videocall to go over inventory and the pickup people came to collect items ahead of schedule. Everything was fine until we made payment. Per my discussion with the Safeway "sales" person, the plan was we move out to Florida and stuff will be in storage for few days. After that we were to contact them to let them know dispatch location. No where in this whole transaction discussion or while we were making payments the company informed us that 1. Our stuff will not be transported by them but by a third party - Air1 Moving Storage Inc 2. Did not inform us that in case of any issue, Safeway will not help out (even for insurance claim if we did not receive our stuff 3. Did not inform us that once the money is paid, they will no longer be the company we will need to contact. 4. They never informed about Air1s 21 "business day" policy which is 1 month btw Because my whole transaction i had talked only with **** from Safeway I reached out to let her know we are ready for delivery on October 22nd (email conf. attached). She sent me another document, I sign and confirm. I follow-up few times who only responded when I inquire about repeat business. Again, very prompt with scheduling the call for another move but did not respond on my other query for 8 days. On 8th day I was informed by **** that I need to call their customer helpdesk instead (why wait for 8 days!). Called Customer help desk on 29th October, who in turn responded that they can't help because I need to call Air1 directly! When I call them they said they were never informed about the dispatch, so they ask me to send another email directly to them and 21 day clock will start from 1st Nov now. Now we are stuck with no stuff, bad customer support from safeway as well as Air1. Still no delivery
