The barrage of phone calls is CRAZY ANNOYING. We totally agree. We do not do that, so those phone calls were not from us. Here's the trick: If you get to a website that asks for your phone number before they give you the price, then RUN! Those websites sell your info to a bunch of brokers and they start calling like crazy. I'm so sorry that happened to you.
We actually do NOT have an employee named ********** The ******* who called you was probably a legit licensed agent. If you have his full name or license number, you can look him up on the CA Department of Insurance Website. Usually, those annoying phone calls do come from legit agents, but it's still frustrating getting bombarded with calls like that.
As far as our identity, we are licensed with the CA Department of Insurance. We are certified with Covered CA. We do online enrollment for Covered California. We pride ourselves in having the easiest process and the best customer service in the state. You can check us out on the Covered CA website or on the Department of Insurance website. Also, you can check out our ****** reviews, and you will see that everything I'm saying is true.
