This shop is great, and its sad that people cant understand how quality mechanic shops work. I have used wayside for my family vehicles for over a decade. Im paying for the experience, and the quality of work. Just because something should be easy doesnt mean it will be. I trust Wayside garage far more than many of these cheaper shops

Avoid this shop at all costs. They are going to take your hard-earned money claiming they provided you with the full information. I asked them to check only my transmission, they checked everything claiming it was free. I was told by ******* at 2:30 pm that the mechanic started testing and would finish the next morning. They sent me the results at 11:53 am the next day. So did it take 6 hours to get the diagnostics done? They charged me $350 for transmission diagnostics. I went to **************** shop and was told it doesnt cost $350 to diagnose a problem with the clutch pressure switch. The only reason I went to them is that they were willing to take my car in fast, and I trusted the recent reviews. Read all negative reviews and youll see Im not the only one. I remember asking why the diagnostics was so expensive, and ******* told me it was because they needed to test some wires. Huh? I would have probably let go of what happened to me there, but when I tried to provide feedback when I came in to get my keys, an older woman started getting defensive and rude. Almost felt like an attack. If you value your money, dont go there. They wont value your money or time. And they would blame you for not seeing their free diagnostics part where I never was explained or shown any even though I questioned the price. The only good thing about the shop is that they would pick you up and drop you off at work.
