We were quoted 119/ hour + Plus 100 initial deposit for the reserving the day and would be refunded once the job was complete . We were told it would take 4 hours to move our small 2 bedroom apartment and ended up take 2 extra hour which was upsetting but I know that happens . So once the job was complete we were told by one of the workers who did the math on his phone that the final charge was 859 so I took out 860 in cash and gave it to them and was told wed receive and invoice which we did the next day and said it was 759 . So we paid 100 dollars extra and asked for a refund and the owner called ** liars and threatened my wife because she wrote a bad review . Then agreed to send us 100 back for the deposit which he did but then mentioned that the workers said we tipped them which wasnt true .Business response

Hello *****,We did talk to the customers when this happened, and it seems like they had a misunderstanding between each other. As we typically put the deposit towards the total sum on the day of the move, which we would have done, we let the customer know they were looking at $755.75 for the total payment. For which the husband who was present on the day of the move decided to tip $100 for the crew and ****** the total sum with cash to $855.75 and the cost for the total move to $955.75. On the next day, his wife reached out and was worrying about the money since the deposit did not come back. We settled these issues with the customer, and sent over the requested deposit/tip money back to the customer as we understood it was a misunderstanding with them tipping the crew.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
