Good Afternoon BBB,This is a follow up on BBB Complaint ID # ********, ******* body shop never responded to this aforementioned complaint. On 19 February 2023, I was evolved in rear ended car accident and my vehicle was sent to a body shop for the repairs by my insurance. After 2 long months on 4/14/2023 I received my vehicle back from the shop. Nevertheless, after the final inspection of the paperwork and the vehicle, there were many issues and discrepancies with the paper work over $5000 of overcharges (which after 3 days they "corrected it") and there were additional physical damages also done to my vehicle that the shop has denied to pay some of them and nor I have not received the payment yet. i.e. denied payment to reinspect the car for another shop, granted they confirm via my AAA that they will pay any additional warranty repairs by another shop.I would like to get help and help the shop accountable on what the shop have done to my vehicle. The shop has denied some of my reasonable requests for payments even though they are well aware of these damages and they even agreed to pay these repairs even if it was done at another repair shop.. As of result of my 20years of **************** I currently have many Health chronic medical conditions and the have been exacerbated due this ordeal. I can provide pics; statements, endless of emails communication between the shop, insurance, and myself attesting that the shop has indeed caused these damages and frustration thru this process. In closing, I'm requesting what is fair and owed to me, and for the shop be held accountable for the damages that they have done to my vehicle while the vehicle was in their possession. In addition, for them to compensate me with the mileage reimbursement to go and travel to all this location where I had to take the vehicle to get estimate and get the vehicle of all these damages.BBB I hope you can help me. Very Respectfully,*********************, USN, ***.************

Please see email below to LoydsCollision,Good Evening Loyds Collision,Im contacting you because after I arrived home in Imperial County I noticed some discrepancies on my vehicle as well on the final invoice. 1.Im not sure why your shop was not able to release the funds directly to me for the *** and ceramic coating service that I paid for out of my pocket and after my adjustor *************************** did advised me that I was going to cash out for those services that I PAID FOR after the repairs were done with my vehicle. Not surprised, ****** 5 mins before signing the paper work informed me that someone from AAA called him (did not provided his/her name) and said that he was NOT going to release the check due to they paying the vendor directly. However, I paid out of pocket for those services way before this accident. Nevertheless. due to my current challenge schedule and family situation, I will not be able to get these services done right away. Therefore, I would like to request for your shop to release the funds directly to me as it was an agreed upon 4/13/2023 with ******* prior me going to your shop to pick up the vehicle that the check was going to be issued to me.2.In regards final invoice there some extra charges that I do not agree with and Im pretty sure AAA would not either.-On Page 9 on Preliminary Supplement 1 with Summary item 161 for $2,457 Ceramic Coating This amount was the original amount I paid for my *** for some parts of my vehicle and Ceramic coating for the whole vehicle in which AAA did not authorized this amount but your shop still added to this bill and it should be removed. As the same amount was added and other parts of the 1st invoice as well.3.On the tint of back glass that was removed to repair the trunk lid there is a 1 inch gash the it was not noticeable when I picked up the car due it was cloudy and poor lighting , however, when I got home and under the garage lighting was very noticeable. Please see pics below.Again, I would like to request the funds to mailed to my home address, the excess amount $2,457 removed from this invoice and my tint gash to be repaired as this ***** gash is where the glass was removed to access repairs and was not there prior I dropped the vehicle at your shop.(I can have a local vendor provide an estimate for the repair)Thank you for your time and understanding, your prompt attention on this matter will gladly appreciate it.Very Respectfully,********************* 619 **** ****
