      *****,I have always learned especially being Native Indian/******** *******, partially raised by Black ******** family, that there are ALWAYS two sides of a coin.I have done business with ***** and his wife for years and what you are describing is no where his personality, character or demeanor. So, the question rests in my head, what are you NOT saying or are you just wanting to pull the racist card. These owners are some of the kindest people, giving breaks to the homeless and those who are obviously drug addicted but need money. Such as washing their windows etc. Maybe check the lenses in your glasses, because you could be viewing the whole world through those lenses.They don't care what color you or anyone else is. Every jeweler has criteria by which they will enter into a repair contract with another jeweler. If you did not meet that then move on, they have the right and ability to choose who they wish to do work for. I have never seen ***** or his wife EVER become aggressive towards anyone or kicking them out, without due cause like a person yelling at them, posturing in a threatening position or if someone is coming against *****'s wife.

      This review is long overdue as I was traumatized by this horrendous experience for months and unable to convey my feelings in words. This jeweler is a racist. Plain and simple. He looked at me, a ***** woman, and flat out refused to do business with me and asked me to leave his store.As a jewelry dealer for over 20 years, I was looking for a new repair person. I was referred to Jewelry Tech by his son. I like to call ahead to explain what Im looking for and to get a feel for a business. After having a conversation with the owner, *****, for over 1/2 hour, laughing, agreeing that we were so much alike, we made a date to meet at his store to look at the repair jobs.I am still devastated by the events that occurred while in his store. He was on the phone and behind the counter and his wife asked if I required help. I explained that I had talked to ***** on the phone, and I would prefer to wait until he was free. After several minutes, he came to the front, took one look at me and said, I dont think I can help you.Incredulity flooded my face and response and I asked what the problem was. He stated, Ive contacted one of my Mexican jewellers and I think it would be a better fit. When I referred to our amicable and friendly conversation, we had just days ago, he stated, Im sorry, I just dont think this is going to work.***** then asked me to leave his shop.I was visible y shaken by the experience. Never have I ever been treated so cruelly or disrespected in this manner. *************************** should be revealed for his obvious racist behavior, especially in this divisive climate in which we now live.
