    I have received misleading information to sign the contract with Luxury presence company for my website I was paying $30 CAD before with previous company and now they were charging me $556 per month for the new website I was promised many things specially SEO searches with Keywords which never happened I received $0 ROI from this company and they made me sign the contract in hurry. I am very Unhappy, Unsatisfied and Disappointed going to be looking at my options for Cancelling my contract for fraudulent claims and Mis Information.

    It is absolutely NOT worth it. You never get answers to your questions. Their supposed team is NON- existent. I am not sure what they actually do for $450 a month.. its an absolute rip-off. All the bad reviews are absolutely true!! I have had so many issues from day one; on-boarding was a nightmare and now all tech issues I keep having and no one ever replies I do NOT recommend them

    Not worth the money. I was spending $180 a month on a website thinking that it was going to generate business. When I called to cancel it 10 months into it because I wasn't getting leads the representative told me I didn't have the plan( SEO) to generate leads. What the heck was $180 a month for. They wouldn't even let me cancel it. I had to fulfill the year agreement basically. Never will I refer them.

    Terrible customer service. Even after I emailed them multiple times that I am cancelling the account, they gave me the run around and charged me an addition payment even after my notice. The setup was without any contract and cancellation can be done anytime. I don't appreciate needing to work and spend time on cancelling a service I do no longer want.

    I regret to share that my experience with Luxury Presence was far from satisfactory. The response time was painfully slow, often dragging into weeks, and in my recent case, even months. I tried to be patient, hoping for solutions that never came. Instead, I was passed around from one associate to another, each as unhelpful as the last.Their claim of an 'on-demand' support team seems to be nothing more than a marketing gimmick. Unfortunately, the reality is that their support team is virtually non-existent. This unresponsiveness has caused me significant inconvenience and delays. I feel compelled to caution others about this before they consider using this service.
