When I placed the order for the products on March 14, 2025 it did not state it was sold out. After waiting for a couple of MONTHS, I called and spoke to someone that said it was back ordered and *** wanted to wait a couple of weeks. If it didn't come in then I could call and get a refund. I have been calling over and over even using someone elses phone and no one will pick up. They have two different emails, one on the website and one on the phone-recordering instructions. No one will get back to me. I have even called at the appropriate times and still, no one and nothing. I finally called again and again got the same person on the phone and she said they do not know when and if this product is ever coming in. After waiting three months, it is my money and I want it and deserve it back. This is false advertisement.Initial Complaint

I placed an order months ago with this company and they never shipped my order. Upon contacting them through numerous emails and phone calls, there is no one that has responded. They just took my money and disappeared.Initial Complaint

I ordered candles and received my package and they are not as described. Website says 'Reiki charged soy votives' but they look like Paraffin. I tried calling, no way to leave a message. I wrote them several times via the email on their website and no response! Granted it is only $8 but clearly this business might be scamming people and not offering returns or refunds.Initial Complaint

I recieved an order confirmation email on March 19th 2025 (the order may have been placed a day or two prior) I purchased The Occult Tarot from them and haven't recieved it yet. I've sent several emails to them over the past few months, and even tried their phone with no response. I've checked for updates on their website, but it continues to say my order is "awaiting processing". I'd honestly prefer to just have the thing that I purchased, but if that is unlikely, I'd want to seek a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 packages of Green Tealight candles Light candles with 30 candles in each package and they will not respond. I made and pained for this order 3/28/2025. I have written 2 emails and I have gotten no responses I want a full refund of my money. I can attach a receipt that as of today it still shows they havent even sent these candles. They also will not answer their phones in all this time. And the message on the phone says to send an email inquiry to one email address their website says a different address and this has changed more than once they are running from filling their orders once they have your money. I want a full refund. Unfortunately I have found on social media today this is a quite common response from this company. I will not wait for their excuses and promises to send product, as I can see from many reviews they never ever send the products!Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 tarot decks of cards on 01.29.25 for a total of $60.36 from the website, which says the shipping should happen within 1-7 days. A month later, and there was still no tracking information. I sent 3 emails, then got 1 response that they would send tracking information/ship the next week. That did not happen. I have sent 7 more emails and not gotten a response. Original order made on line April 16, 2025. I ordered 8 tarot decks. Product was never delivered. I emailed several times and no response so I called them on 5/27/25. I Spoke to live female and she said it was backordered and did I want to cancel the order and received a refund. I said yes. She said it would be refunded immediately. No refund ever came. I have been calling for the past four days and the MAIL BOX IS FULL is the recorded response. It also says to email customer service at **************************. There is no email for customer service @ **************************, it was returned. So I sent an email to *********************************** It went through but this is the same email I have contacted in the past and no one ever responds. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased several items from this company. They will not respond to emails or calls and now I cant get on to the website. They owe me ***** and I cant get them to contact me or send items!
