Horrible experience here. We ordered a car through this dealership through nico who was guided by ****, they told me it would take a couple of months and I had no problem with that, I called every other week in order to check the status and when it was finally close to arrival I spoke to someone over the phone the week before to let them know the earliest day we can pick it up would be the following Monday after they called us on a Friday, And it was agreed, we received a call on Friday being told the car was here on a Friday and that they would send us information on how to pick up the car the same day, they did not, we received a call on Saturday from **** stating to us that we only had till 1 pm to pick up our car or it would be sold to a back up customer, why is there a back up customer for the car I ORDERED? **** later called and talked to my wife and after a brief exchange **** THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY TO CALL MY WIFE "RIDICULOUS" because she wouldn't drop everything she was doing to come pick up a car WE ORDERED MONTHS AGO AND AGREED TO PICK UP MONDAY, because they had a back up buyer, horrible experience here, avoid this dealership if you want done business right. **** needs to understand people have jobs the same way he does and people have children to take care of and not everything can be done on his convenience. Just horrible Follow up with **** the store manager. He wants to keep us as recurring customers but he needs to find out what happened because "**** is a sweet guy and I just can't see him calling someone ridiculous" even tho he wasn't on the call with my wife and I was, **** then implied my wife was lying by asking me "now were you there when he said that or are you just basically taking your wife's word" this dealership is horrible down to the store manager. I wished we could've resolved something as I've purchased from there before and they were perfect until we needed a second car, no resolution was made and I feel even more disrespected then befo
