    I brought my car to Honda Santa Monica in August to get my engine coolant replaced. Upon moving out of **********, I took my car to a dealership in ********* where they informed me that the engine coolant service to be completed by Honda Santa Monica was never actually done. I paid $270 for the service in **********. They refuse to process a refund or reimbursement after submitting evidence and an inspection video from the dealership in *********, proving that they never completed the service.

    I bought a used car from Honda on 12-14-23. Besides being completely taken advantage of by their finance person, ********************, and was very upset when I left. He overcharged me $500. The *** needs an update that I, and ****** the saleswoman, pointed out and they told me to go to *** because their computer wasn't showing anything. I went to *** in ****** and they want to charge me $225 to even look at it. I didn't know it at the time but apparently I spent over $3400 on a warrantee but Honda won't take care of the update and obviously I feel I shouldn't have to pay ***.I have consistently gone into the dealership. The other finance manager, ****, said they would "cut me a check" and get back to me. Never did. Sent a long email with pictures to the General Manager, *****************, and never got a response. When I went into the dealership he said it was because he was new. He had already been there for over 2 weeks. I also sent another email on Jan. 24th with the first email attached, no response to that either. On that day *** handed me over to someone else who also said "we'll call you". At this point I am done. They have taken advantage of me and think I'll just give up like the other people who have left Yelp reviews. I would copy/paste the emails but I don't have enough space here.

    I visited Honda Santa Monica on Apr. 10, 2023, to buy out my lease. The sales manager convinced me to add the **** PAINT&FAB for $2,000 and the **** COMBO+1 for $1,299, assuring me I could cancel later. On Jun 8, 2023, I attempted to cancel both; however, I was told I couldn't cancel the **** PAINT&FAB, so I only canceled the **** COMBO+1. The financial manager signed the cancellation form (contract number: COM215805). Since then, no action has been taken, and despite numerous attempts to contact Honda Santa Monica and Protective Asset Protection, there has been no response or resolution to my inquiries.

    I was sold an extended warranty upon purchase of my new car on 6/25/23. The finance guy said I could get 6yr/72K miles for a discounted price if I was a ****** member. he never asked for my membership number but then gave me a discounted price of $1289. He went on to say the the extended warranty covered all maintenance, tire repair, and if a tire could not be repaired, then the warranty **** cover tire replacement. I could not find the pertinent info about his policy in the paperwork that he gave me. So I called on 6/29/23. I did not get a response from him until 7/2/23. During that call, he confirmed what he said was in the policy upon the sale of it. However, upon receiving the paperwork on 7/26/23, it does not say that the policy covers what he said it would. The paperwork says that repairs are only up to a certain price point and there in no mention of tire replacement. He defrauded me at two different times.

    On 1/2/2023 I leased a certified used car from Honda Santa Monica. Not even 24 hours after I leased the vehicle I noticed a crack in the windshield. It took them over a week to replace the windshield (it's illegal in CA to drive with a cracked windshield). They were suppose to give me my paperwork on a usb card but the card was empty. Their financial person added extra warranty items to my total I said no to. Honda financial has said what they need to do to fix this contract issue and they're ignoring all calls, emails, and texts regarding the matter. They also were suppose to detail the car and haven't.

    On September 26,2022 I declined a purchased from Honda of Santa Monica, which my credit union sent over a check for roughly $28000, the dealer has yet to send check back to my credit union. It has been a full week, I reach out to representatives, managers and I get the run around.
