      My device was unfairly perma-banned, even though I never violated Snapchat?s TOS. I posted a video on my story and tagged my friend, whose username is something along the lines of shrooms420. As a result of this, Snapchat perma-banned my device for violating their Drug Content Policy. My friend?s account or device received no penalty. This was in September 2023, and since then I have reached out to Snapchat Support on multiple occasions, who failed to assist me with the matter. All I ask is to have my device unbanned and the ability to create a new account .

      So I have been device banned on ********************** for no apparent reason for supposed commercial sexual content I have appealed this ban but it was not accepted. I would like to be unbanned because I believe I have not done anything wrong on this app. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

      On August 18, 2024, I received a notification that my snapchat account (username: haleyrathel) was reported and reported content would be reviewed at 3:25PM EST. At the very same time at 3:25PM EST, I received an email that my account was permanently locked. I received no warning and have data on my account that I can no longer retrieve. Nothing on my account went against the snapchat guidelines. I use this app for personal use but mostly business use. I would like to retrieve all of my photos off of this account as well as get a reason as to who reported my account and why it was reported. It is unfair that I am not even given an option to appeal my account as I have had an open account for over a decade. I request an appeal at the very least, but I should have received a warning regarding content as Snapchat should not be able to close my account without giving any reason or at least showing what account was reported. It is unjust and unfair and I will continue to report this as well as file legal action if I cannot retrieve my information off of this app.

      Hi I need help recovering my Snapchat account as I keep getting automated responses through snapchat support. My account was hacked and wrongfully made inaccessible as there was a malfunction with Snapchats software in detecting a breach in snapchat rules.Somebody reported my account to pull a prank on me and now it's costing me my account, my memories, the friendship and everything.With no prior breaches, my account was made indefinitely inaccessible within seconds, with no opportunity to appeal the ability to log in. Ive had my account for years, and with no option to dispute the breach through snapchat support Ive had to reach you guys through any means necessary. I know people who are plugs through snapchat, or post videos of them drinking underage who still have their accounts, so i feel it is unfair these people are allowed to have their accounts when mine was made unusable while making a harmless joke. If there is anyway you guys could help review the breach to prove I did not breach the rules it would be greatly appreciated. i dont want to lose my account, or the years of photos and videos i wont be able to get back. I know this exact situation has happened to lots of people, so im hoping you guys can help me. I implore you to help me and get my account back as this is very important to me. I'll be forever grateful to BBB.

      My account was compromised, and someone violated the community guidelines without my consent. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account, as I have been receiving only automated replies from Snapchat support. My account was hacked and unjustly rendered inaccessible. There were no prior issues, yet it became permanently locked just moments after I connected to WiFi, leaving me with no chance to appeal the login restrictions. I have maintained this account for 11 years, and with no means to contest the breach through Snapchat support, I am reaching out to you through any available channels. If you could assist in reviewing the breach to demonstrate that I did not violate any rules, I would be extremely grateful. I do not want to lose my account or the years of cherished photos and videos that would be irretrievable. I understand that many others have faced similar situations, so I am hopeful for your support. Please allow me the opportunity to enable two-factor authentication and change my password to prevent this from happening again. My ex-partner, who has narcissistic tendencies, accessed my account and added several contacts without my approval while I was on a 15-hour flight with no access to Snapchat. I can provide documentation proving that I was on the flight when my account was accessed without my authorization. Upon landing and connecting to WiFi at my hotel, I found myself locked out! I have enjoyed using Snapchat for over a decade and would be devastated to lose access to one of my favorite applications due to this incident. A support representative previously informed me that my account would be unlocked within 48 hours, but the link they provided did not resolve the issue.

      Theres no sexual content within this snap spotlight. What are you guys talking about. First it was hate speech & now its sexual content. Stop and actually review my content before denying my appeal. Theres no ***, nothing to sexualized or no sexual content. I want a real review by a human and not a bot.
