      I have had Hulu for approx. 6 years. Plenty of content for my viewing pleasure.Down side: Programs will freeze, slow down or I will be booted completely out. Today, 4/21/24, I could not access Hulu. I called the helpdesk and was on the phone for over 2 hours without fixing the problem. I was given a case number and told to WAIT 24 hours and try again. If that didn't work, I was told to call them back. Really... You have got to be kidding.Hulu has raise their rates multiple times within the past year without adding any value.I will be moving in the very near future and will go back to cable.

      Hulu:I called in and I have been advised buy a Hulu agent the Hulu system "accidentally" added an additional platform to my account. I currently pay $7.99 a month for Hulu and ******* I put my account on pause for one month 2 days before any of this happened. I received an email stating my account has been updated and felt everything was okay.A few days later your system added Hulu, ****** and **** I was charged $25.98 and also charge $0.53 for using one day of *** according to Hulu. The refund of $25.98 + $0.53 takes three to five days.As a customer I feel like I've been slammed and bullied.You have made my checking account negative and having to wait 3 to 5 days for refund feels unfair considering you took the funds out my account immediately and without my permission. From a customer and business point of view I consider that to be fraud on so many levels.If I could, I would give Hulu a negative score.

      The only reason I gave 1 star is because there isn't a way to leave 0 stars I would never recommend hulu to anyone they can't tell the truth at all I got charged 3 times for a free trial they told me they would refund my money but never did in fact they charged me again I have spent 5 hours on the phone with them in a 4 day span they just give you the run around they shouldn't even be a company the way they lie

      The programming is decent with Hulu but service and features are horrible.My Internet provider cycles IP addresses every 30 days and if the new IP address is a little farther than the last - Hulu thinks I moved, makes me change my home location, and gives me local channels that aren't local for me.Then I found if you call them for help, they require you verify your account by giving the account number of your payment method (credit card or bank account). I don't know what's worse - that the only account verification method is this or that the customer service people can see that information.The icing on the cake - if you ask forba supervisor becaide you don't like this verification process ... they don't have any. Apparently supervisors do not speak with customers.So I have canceled and signed up with FUBO. They have the same services, cost less, and customer service values the customer.

      Horrible customer service... they have been resetting my password for no reason... 7 times in 1 year so far... no one can solve... they just keep putting tickets in with no solution... Neflix in 7 years has not reset my pasword... as well as Discorvery and the Peacock network... NO ONE will help me as I have called in several times and have at least 3 ticket numbers... Last ticket I have is ********... on phone for 30 minutes and they said they would transfer but that didn't happen... on the phone with them again... so while I am waiting for poor service again I am filing this claim

      Hulu is terrible. Their main website's "help", "about us" and "contact us" links are all broken because they do not want you to contact them.Their gift card redemption service works one time every 24 hours, it fails to redeem the code every other time.Their website having dead links is the most telling sign, a bad company who doesnt even attempt to patch up their first impression. Looks more like a "going out of business" company than anything else based on their product and the rapid decline in the quality of their app and website.

      WHY IS THEIR NO CONSUMER PROTECTION AGAINS FRAUDS LIKE HULU.. IVE YET TO BE ABLE TO WATCH ANYTHING ON THIS SO CALLED STREAMING SERVICE WITHOUT ISSUE.. THERE OUGHT TO BE A LAW!!!!!!!

      I just paid for Hulu on the 6 of feb, 6 **** and then charged me again on feb, 16 **** for the same package i got and when i called in they told me there was nothing I can do and when I looked at my bill it says no addons but on their end it shows I changed it but not on mine so I was screwed out of *****. I won't go through them ever again. so, do be careful they come off as a good site to watch shows but will double charge you and make up reasons why.

      ,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent changes to my Hulu account, which I was forced to accept under duress due to my inability to access the account and the lack of prior notice provided by Hulu.The changes were implemented without adequate notification, leaving me feeling uninformed and disadvantaged as a consumer. I am agreeing to these modifications solely under distress, as I have not been able to assess them or make an informed decision.Furthermore, I am disappointed with the declining quality of service from Hulu in recent months. The decrease in reliability and overall poor service have been concerning and have significantly impacted my viewing experience.Additionally, despite paying for an ad-free subscription, I have been consistently experiencing advertisements while viewing content. While I understand the inclusion of ads during live TV, it is unacceptable to encounter ads when viewing recorded content. This discrepancy undermines the value of the subscription I am paying for and is a clear breach of the terms of service.Moreover, I have noticed that the Hulu website lacks proper security measures, which is particularly concerning when viewing content. The absence of adequate security measures puts users at risk of privacy breaches and other cyber threats.I respectfully request that Hulu reconsider its approach to communicating changes to its users and prioritize transparency and advance notice. Consumer trust and satisfaction are paramount, and I believe Hulu should uphold these values.I have attempted to address these concerns with Hulu directly but have not received a satisfactory resolution. As a result, I feel compelled to escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau for further review and investigation.
