    I was scammed by a fake ****************** online website in may. I lost about $315,700 to them and they denied all my withdrawal requests, and gave me all sorts of filthy requests. It was a really hard time for me because that was all I had and they tricked me into investing the money with a guarantee that I will make profit from the investment. They took all my money and I did not hear from them anymore. I was able to recover all the money I lost just last month with the help of, **** ****** team. I paid 5% of the lost funds as her site maintenance service charge before I got all my money back. I am really grateful to her because I know a lot of people here have been scammed and need help.     Do your research, and go with a direct funding company which is not Nova. They act as a broker. US Claims is s direct funder, Fidelity is a direct funder. Once you contact a broker you are tied to that broker and no one else will fund you. You will end up paying excessive broker fees and a higher interest and you basically have a middleman. I received funding through Nova (because I first applied with them ) but was actually funded through ********. When I went to apply for additional funding Nova interjected themselves, contacted my attorney without my consent, and basically took over the process and said that I HAD to use them, which is false. I had an aggressive pushy representative at Nova who completely violated my privacy rights, contacted my attorney directly about funding I sought elsewhere, attempted to take over that loan request and insisted that I had to go through Nova which was all a fabrication. Do not recommend.

    I spoke with the owner *** with **** and to say he is a snake oil salesmen is an understatement. They implied that my current attorney is on the take from another legal funding company. Told me they would not work with me unless I fired my attorney and went with one he recommended.

    *** was unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is in need of pre settlement funding.
