Can I give a -10?Called for **** ******** advantage plan. Told $2500 in dental and $125 for vision benefits with no extra cost to premium. $33 a month for those benefits. Would have gotten different plan if not available without supplemental payment. Also told that I would get $90 a quarter for OTC, really $30 a month {hope you don't need a $60 supplement}. Also told $100 monthly for food... Actual is $0. Not to mention the multiple daily phone calls invading our privacy with requests for home visits... Wtf... They are not healthcare providers!!Review from John B

This company lied to me about coverage just to gain and enroll me into it's plan, I was told my surgeon was in network clearly by representative a few times and after I enrolled I learned they were not in network, this is fraud and it cost me false hope and numerous phone calls for absolutely nothing. Be warned as this was a terrible experience and I want them held accountable. Do your due diligence please. I'm filing with the state as well.Review from Laura S

I have been waiting for memembership cards for my developmentally disabled brother since August 1. 2023, I have made numerous calls that they assured me the cards would arrive in seven business days. NOT! Now it is October and I have yet to receive them.Review from Edwin F

Marketing person lied about coverage to get my business.1. $5000 FOR DENTISTRY. AFTER $5000 THEN 20% PAID BY INSURED 80% BY ********** NOT TRUE!!!2. ALLERGY SHOTS COVERED AS VACCINES NOT TRUE!!!Called ********** and they did nothing even thought I had the name of the marketing person who lied to me!!!Review from Ea M

I get 1-2 calls every day from eHealth Insurance wanting to sell me ********* This has been going on for over one month. I tell them I do not want their calls. They ignore that request and continue to call me using a different phone number each time they call. How to stop them?Review from Donna O

I am 80 years old, on ********* ***** ************* Patient. EHealth and ***** sent postcard to ********************* selling ***************************** Mr **** died in 2017. Social Security and ******** are among first notified at ***. Same solicitation came to *******************. ************ is 56 year old veteran not even on ********. Ehealth tried to sell ******** Advantage Insurance to two people NOT ON ********* one deceased. There is also evidence that ***** partnered in 3 mailings using Non-Profit *** Postage Permits in partnership with EHealth. EHealth is obviously NOT a ******************* This is **** Mail Fraud. **** said I have to consult an attorney to report it. Too costly.
