i started a personal loan with mariner finance and the automatic payment info was put in incorrect and got a letter about 2 months after saying my payment was late so i tried calling them multiple times and could not get through to the phone # on the letter then found a different phone # to a local office and called them and they said i could not pay it by phone or online that i had to mail in the payments and i told them that the routing # was incorrect for the automatic payments and i could just set up another one and they said i could not and online was now restricted even though they had my info incorrect. they dinged me for a payment over ********************************************************************************************************************* by phone. the phone calls are recorded and i asked them to listen to my calls and they would clearly see that the service employee told me i could only mail in a payment and not pay online and when i asked them to take off the **************************************************************** a new debit card and made payments but i let her know that their app and website would not let me and i even talked to their web support and he said i couldnt have access until i made a few payments by mail. i only want them to take off the 30 day late payment because it was their fault i could not pay it on time.
