after reading a few of the reviews people had left for this company, i wanted to jump in an give my expierence (which THANKS GOD I didnt signed up for his services)I signed up for the free couching and when I did, they told me it was going to be 1 hour 45 mins of coaching and then 15 min price discussion. I had mine yesterday, or at least had it scheduled. Someone called me and the call was for less than 15 minutes just to discuss prices, no coaching or anything and then he said he will send me an email.. which I am still waiting for that email he said he was going to send me. When I told him, I dont like commitments for one year without testing a service (because ive made some wrong decisions in my career with purchasing services), he came with this stupid comment/answer but you do like to make people get into a mortgage commitment for 30 years, right? how ignorant can this comment be ohh and then he rudly hang up the phone on me. Ive heard so many good things about Tom Ferry too, and now I am taking longer to take decisions that includes money and long commitments, but to be honest, with this call and few comments i read, it opened my eyes way before even thinking about it

It doesnt even deserve 1 star I cant believe that I was more than clear on what my expectations where and since everything is recorded I did my part by completing everything that was asked of me how is it that we didnt do a single role play? You have me ask questions that I dont even have yet, Im coming to you for guidance and yet I have to tell you what I need ? For the money I was charged my skilled should have improved and been focused on, ******** program! Tome Ferry would be ashamed! I want my money back. Point, blank PERIOD! Stop taking money from unsatisfied customers. It took me a month to be assigned to a coach when I emailed cases to cancel before my first 30 minutes call. But yall insisted Id get what Im looking for or my money back, so where is my money back ?? Are you guys desperate to take what you dont deserve?

Our company joined the elite + training over a month ago and we have been unsuccessful in being paired with an appropriate coach. I have reached out 6 different times, was redirected once and no further response has been received. We have tried calling and communicating with email. We have been billed $3400 in ******** funds. We would like to be paired to a coach who is willing to work with our team or refunded in full. The lack of communication and follow through on Tom Ferry's team side is beyond frustrating and their options for communicating issues are non existent.

Very scammy sales call. Told me I could try the program for a three month period. I made them repeat that over and over. They kept talking while they sent me the agreement, had me review it quickly while still talking at me. I signed like a dummy during that first call, instead of sleeping on it which I had the full right to do, but they rush you into getting started immediately asking you over and over why you'd wait to give them your credit card number when you have so many days to cancel and you want to become a top sales person anyway. When I spoke to their reps about what I felt was a scam consultation/sales call, I asked for the recording of that call, as they announced it will be at the beginning, and at first I was told sure, then a few days later was told they were never allowed to give it to me. Gastlighters. They just run you around till you give up, then offer to settle with you for 6 months instead of the full year I was dumb enough to sign to, even though they told me different in that first call, but I didn't stop and read. THEY'LL SETTLE WITH YOU IN EXCHANGE FOR NO NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON YELP. So I had to take mine down for them to put in writing that they'd settle for 6 months' payment instead of more. I believe that's what the slap law is supposed to protect us against, but it's been a few years now...I was too exhausted then and now I'm okay. But I laugh at the loyal TF followers and am glad they had the money to waste on the terrible coaching that I don't have time to detail, but the summary is they have coaches who can't even handle technology to get the session started. I was way too desperate to try anything to overcome my lack of confidence at that time and wanted good coaching way too much, that I never even searched online for reviews. My bad!
