I owe property at ***********************, which I'm letting go through the foreclosure process. This particular company has texted me but also my son, which his named is not on the property. I left a message with them not to contact me or any of my family members regarding this property. They should not have contacted him, since he is not on the property. The property is in my name only. This is a form of harrasement.

We are real estate investors and we do attempt to contact people in regards to properties heading towards foreclosure. We understand that sometimes people are happy to hear from us as we may provide a solution and others they are not. The information available to contact homeowners sometimes may have a family members contact information listed as their potential number. This happens often when people have family plans on cel phones and many other instances too. We do our best to not harass anyone and to not divulge personal information. If someone asks us to not call we notate it in our system and stop calling. We attempted to contact this person one time only on a couple different phone numbers we had for her. When she called back claiming harrassment we cancelled her as a potential lead. We have not and will not contact this person again since our initial attempt.
