      I signed up for Herb Quarterly, a magazine published by EGW Publishing, in summer of 2021. I signed up for a one year subscription for a magazine that was supposed to arrive quarterly. I received two magazines (winter and spring) and then never received another. I went online to see if I could contact them and it appears the magazine has gone out of publication. I received no notice of this or refund for the two issues that I paid for but never received.At one point I moved and even emailed the publisher, *****************************, directly to update my address. He never responded to **** would like to be refunded for my subscription and would like to ask that, should this business ever discontinue publication of one of its products, they do the courteous thing and give notice and refund to those who have already paid for them.

      Issue began in October, 2021 upon receipt by me of renewal notice in amount of $33.96 for 2 yr. renewal to Herb Quarterly published by EGW Publsihing C. of *******, **. I renewed with Ck #**** for 33,96. Check never cleared, Contacted *****************************, customer service, on *******. Check never received by them. Renewed again in amount of $49.00 for 3 yr. renewal with check #**** in Jan , 2022. In meantime, check #**** finally cleared my account on 3-9-22. Five yr. subscription total. Tried to contact ***************************** again to resolve issue on 3-14-22 and 3-17-22 and again by email on 3-23-22. No response to any of my inquirys, messages by phone or email. Attempts to phone him at numbers listed have all resulted in disconnect messages. Website has been rendered inoperable and attempts to reach publisher have been unsucessful due to lack of phone numbers and their website is disconnected as well. I have received no issues of magazine since Spring of 2022. Attempts to resolve this issue has hit a wall. I can't find them to register a complaint and reach resolution to this problem. Have they ceased operatin? I want my money back is the amount of both checks which is $82.96 for both subscriptions. I can be reached at ************ or by email: ************************
