They subscribed me to one of their plans without my knowledge. Its possible I may have accidentally subscribed, though I doubt it. No matter what I literally never used their software and you can see that on the reports and they refuse to refund me for this software I literally never used. Aside from that, they have no problem calling me to sell me stuff but when I try and contact support they dont respond for days. They have said they will call me for 3 days now and they havent. You wouldnt expect the most overpriced product in the world to have the worst customer service possible.

We had Autodesk power-inspect subscription for one year which we havent used due to our CMM hardware issues , after one year we havent renewed this as we no longer needed the software, as our CMM hardware is no longer in use. two years later Autodesk India team is sending emails & calls threatening that we have unlicensed versions at out office . Without knowing the ************************ Autodesk team is harassing & threatening customers. This is very unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible business model! The software has extreme capabilities but is far to filled with bugs to work adequately. Dealing with continual crashing while trying to unfold a simple 6 sided cube. Understandably software is going to have glitches, however that is not the primary problem with this company. The problem is that when attempting to contact support for assistance in determining the cause of the continual crashing, you find there is no number to be found that directs you to the customer support line. rest assured, the sales number is present. Would hate to have to look for the number that allows you to flush your money down the drain. If you call that number and ask for tech support, they will just say they do not have transfer capabilities. After some digging, I found a contact number that allows a tech support option which happens to be the same number listed here on the BBB website however that does not put you in direct contact. No no, instead, it will allow you the option of talking to sales again so you can dump some more money or it will allow you to talk to support I would assume but you must be a priority Autodesk support member. In simplest terms, it means pay us more money and we will assist you with issues you are having with software that you have already payed us for. The other option provided from this number is a directory to Autodesk self help articles that of course do absolutely nothing given the many variables in the scenarios that could occur. It is absolutely baffling that a company with this lack of care for its paying customers has survived so long. Rest assured, there are better options out there that cost far less, function much better, and will actually support their customers should the need arise.

Worked with their rep and engineer to demo and setup Building Connected and Autodesk Build. We agreed on a price in writing. When we agreed to proceed a couple weeks later, they revoked the price and increased substantially. They do deserve one star, an executive called to apologize.
