Good afternoon, I putting this request as a consumer. This company Flyex is the worse customer services. I call 7/13/2023 to make changes on my existing reservation for a later day. I call ************ and request a change on the existing reservation (3IOUPM) the person was rude and not helpful. The presented the changes to me as higher cost. I paid for the ticket $738.00 and the ticket online for the new flight is $437.00, The person on the phone wasnt helpful at all. they what to changer me for the changes on the exiting reservation $460.00 more than already paid $738.00. The person on the phone disconnects the call and refuge to pass the call to a supervisor. The reservation ID is 3IOUPM and the ticket was ****** 7/10/2023. Paid in full last dig on the card ****. Please tell if you can do to help me.The refuse to changed the fly, refuse to refuse the money the refuse to help the customer.Thanks ********************************* ************ *************************Initial Complaint

I had booked airfare for my husband and father in law for March of 2020. As we know, Covid hit and no one could really fly. I had my flights as a credit, but was able to just be refunded the money for the flights. I have been calling this FlyEx company since July of 2021. I have yet to receive any information of my refund. The agents keep telling me they will send an email to their supervisor. I have called and emailed this company to no resolution. I am just seeking my money back.Initial Complaint

In March 2021, I purchased a roundtrip ticket from ******* to ************** via American Airlines. The *** for FLYEX was XXJLKC. A few weeks later, I subsequently changed the reservation to another city pair directly with American Airline. I ended up cancelling that ticket directly with American Airlines. American Airlines issued me a refund for ticket number *************, Record locator ZPSBEI, in the amount of $354.85 on 6/11/2021 to a **** card ending in ****. American Airlines subsequently informed me that this card belonged to FLYEX, the 3rd party travel agency from where I purchased the original ticket. I have been calling FLYEX for the last three months about my refund. They keep assuring me that it is forthcoming. Each time I call to check the status, it is clear that there are no notes regarding my case, and I always get the same answer, that my refund is forthcoming. I have yet to receive my refund, and American Airlines says that the matter is out of their hands.
