      My return was received at their warehouse on June 18th and it's now July 4th. No refund issued yet. I'm a low income senior and $67 is a lot of money to me. I have inquired about my refund only to be put off. I don't know if I will ever see my refund.

      Wow. You don't want to call this customer service.They are the rudest guys ever!I see someone in this place answering kindly every time someone places a complain, but that doesn't happen in their call centers. I just had a question about my order and It was for more than $700. I wanted to know why they were asking for a copy of front and back of my credit card!.. Isn't that a fair question? But they just don't care, they do not value their customers.If you are not comfortable with sharing this kind of information just go somewhere else.

      First time shopper at Betty Mills. I had been searching for this specific brand of work pants.. I could not find them in stock no where with my size which is pretty big since I am 6'5. I stumbled upon Betty's using ****** search. Best find ever!!! They had the item I needed, so I placed my order over the phone. The sales associate was very helpful, she even included discounts for me. My item was shipped and arrived earlier than the 5-7 business days I was given when placing my order. My shipment was the exact color and size, I was very pleased and I will order again. Thank you Betty Mills for your outstanding service.

      I ordered some long sleeve polo shirts for my company 2 weeks ago on 02/01/2024, They processed and charged my order same day, today is 02/14/2024 after several phone calls over the last 2 weeks I could not get any shipping information or upset on my order, today after calling again and dealing with a rude representative again I get an email that my order is now on back order and it will not ship until 05/12/2024. That's 3 1/2 months later! I asked for a refund and the refund will take an additional week to process. That is 3 weeks completely wasted. This is unbelievable as a small business owner to see other companies take advantage of people like this and provide such rude and poor customer service... I would not recommend anyone else using them and I will not use them ever again.

      I have ordered Diaper , they sent me same company but different produce, When I called customer service , ******* was rotten, she did not want to listen and cut my phone . I called again asked for supervisor she was more rotten then her subordinate, this company is cheater who send different items then order and does no want to listen . Malpractise.

      THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT BAIT AND SWITCH. YOU COULD ***** ****** SHOES AND GET **** SHOES. MY FIRST ***** WITH THIS COMPANY, i ***** ***** 2 XL DIAPER AND TWO OTHER ****. i ***** THEM AT 6 PM YESTERDAY. WHEN i PLACE THE ******* I DID NOT GET ACONFIRMATION THE ***** PROCESSED. BUT MY CARD SENT ME A TEXT, i CALLED THE COMPANY. THEY SAID SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE SYSTEM BUT MY ***** PROCESSED. i GOT HOME AT 6 PM. THE DIAPER WAS AT THE DOOR, i OPEN THE *** IT EXTRA SMALL DIAPER. i CALLED ABOUT THE ***** AND GAVE THEM THE **** NUMBER. THEY SAID THEY WAS OUT OF 2XL AND THEY SENT WHAT THEY HAD IN STOCK, IF i WANT TO RETURN THE ****. I MUST WANT 2 DAY FOR A RETURN STICK. THEN 10 TO 14 DAYS FOR MY REFUND. I TOLD HER IN 2DAY IT START THE 4TH OF JULY WEEK. IM NOT WAITING FOR THAT, THE SHIPPING COMPANY IS 15 MIN FROM MY HOME. i WILL RETURN IT IN THE MORNING.
