PlayStation has charged me and renewed my subscription without my consent for 3 years. I havent used their service in 3 years. They have increased their subscription rates and helped themselves to automatically renew my subscription even though I havent used their service in years. I called multiple times and kept getting hung up on. No option to leave a message and they say they dont know that I called. Now that I finally got a hold of them. Im apparently im calling for the refund after 18 days and their policy is no refund after 14 days. Ive been calling as of a week ago. They are literally stealing money from people. They automatically set up your account to auto renew. You dont have a choice to pay separately every year as you see fit. They will renew for you, take your money, wont be take your call and then hang up on you when you ask them for a refund. Stealing money from people that havent used your services in years. They are a huge tech company. They cant shut off automatic renewals if customers arent active after a couple of years? If youre going to auto renew and steal money from people at any given time adjust your hours of operation or set up a mailbox so people can call for their refunds. Instead of making it extremely difficult to get someone on the phone only to tell them they called and asked for a refund too late. Disgusting customer service. They need to do a better job training staff on customer service.Review from Troy M

I canceled my subscription to psn. They updated my playstation 4 and reinstated my subscription on their own. They charged me anyways. I disputed the charge on my credit card. They banned my account. So no access to anything I've previously purchased. I will never buy sony products again.Review from Daryl W

They promised Stellar Blade would not be censored then put in a day one patch that censored the game. They never did this with other games like Doom or Baldur’s Gate 3. This is false advertisement and bait and switch.Review from Deborah G

I was also unable to register my Playstation PS5 console for warranty and recall notification purposes. I was hoping others with this same problem found a solution. How sad it is that something so simple could not be resolved by a large corporation like Sony! ************************************* THE ABOVE LINK DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO INPUT THE MODEL NUMBER FOR A PS5 CONSOLE! MEANING I AM UNABLE TO REGISTER MY PLAYSTATION PS5. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! They enjoy the practice of selling DLC that they know doesn't work and then not refund the funds spent after deleting the game. I purchased the Fallout 4 Game of the Year DLC and downloaded the recent update. The game did not make it even past the loading screen, even after following all of their support steps. After being told by an agent that they know the problem won't be fixed for days, and therefore there was NO way I even used the product they declined a refund and just disconnected the chat. There's a reason why I stopped paying for their monthly service and stopped buying games through them, and the moment I try to give them another chance they just s**** a customer over like this. Beyond frustrated in-raged!! I was in the middle of playing gta5 and it just shut off on me and said I breached code of conduct!!? And i was suspended for a few days for something I didnt even know I did?? There was absolutely no reason or proof of the false accusations showing what it is I did? My voice chat is off i dont text anyone! I dont know what I did wrong? So went to the website absolutely no way to appeal or ask what I did wrong? *************** for something I know absolutely nothing about! So this was my only option! Canceling my subscription to psn when this is done! Just paid more than 100$ for a year subscription for this harassment and unresponsive customer service for ***** accusations! Stay away from sony interactive entertainment llc corrupt company that doesnt respond or care about customers! Im almost in disbelief over this issue I did nothing wrong but Im suspended?Review from Andy H

Some of the worst customer service I have ever delt with. They fraudulently charged my credit card. I contacted them about the charges and they refused to do anything about it. I did a charge back due to the charges and cancelled the card. Now they are holding the account hostage until these frauds get the money. I use to love there company, but no more. Ps5 will be the last system of theirs I will own. I will be moving on after this to pc gaming.Review from Janessa C

This is the second time ****** has kicked me out of my plystation account first my 4 now my ps5 I had recently got a new number and my account is stuck to the old one someone logged me out of all my ps accounts even on my phone and turned on two step verification . Ive been trying to recover my account for weeks with **** on the online chat no one is ever available or Im 100 people behind in when I call the support number it says call back during business he which I am . This is ridiculous Ive paid all this money and cant even play my game I have the digital version too so I cant even buy new gamesReview from Kyle B

Horrible customer service. Owned all **** consoles since Playstation 1 and used to rave about their systems. New update was saying corrupted on my playstation 5 and turned my playstation 5 into a useless paperweight. Reading online it seems to be an issue with faulty motherboard and they won't repair it until I pay $200 (half the price of the system). It worked perfectly fine before the update. **************** was not helpful.Review from Carlos A

i would like to talke about how i am not able to deactivate my other playstations from my account from my phone and it’s been longer than 6 months that i have been waiting!!
