Purchased innova sleep systems platform 06/02/2023 fabric was ripped so sleepmasters in ***** ***** ordered a new platform we received the new one on 06/21/2023 slept on it one night went on vacation 2 weeks on 7/21/2023 reported bed was making very loud noise to the manager of sleepmasters he told us it would have to be fixed by innova sleep systems 7/25/2023 contacted innova they scheduled a tech to come out he could not fix the problem.8/31/2023 second tech came out worked 2 hours he stated made some quiet but not as good as other innova beds he worked on. on 9/6/2023 he made a video and sent to innova he told me we should get a new platform. he gave me a copy of the video. innova said that sound was acceptable I asked if she turned her voiume way down she never replied back. I just want what I paid for!!!Business response

Innova Sleep customer service has responded to each customer call or text message within 24 hours or the following business day. After reviewing additional information provided by the customer and **************, we provided a replacement adjustable base under warranty. The customer received his replacement adjustable base on 10/26/2023 and the issue has been resolved.
