I ordered some *********************** dot tennis ***** from this company, online. They contact me and tell me that I have made this purchase in an error and they do not have the ***** in stock, although its showing available on their site. This is in April. They then give the option of a different brand of ***** or a refund. I opt for the different brand. The month of May goes by, still no *****. I reach out to them, and they tell me they are also out of stock of the Penn ***** and are awaiting a shipment. So again I wait the 1 week time they gave me, for them to get their shipment, 2 weeks later still no *****. I call them back they then avoid my calls, so I call from another number, all of sudden I get an answer. They're now telling me they're waiting to here back from their shipping department, at this point I ask for a refund which she says will take 2-3 business days, as if I haven't done enough waiting on these people. This is a poorly run business and you guys have your approval stamp on them. I think that should be reconsidered, considering how they conduct business.
