      I bought a tennis racquet in April 2022 and received it April 25, 2022.Requested warranty service in August 2022 and did not receive a response after getting an initial ask to provide more pictures.I contacted Yonex and they required me to contact Doittennis.Contacted them in Oct 24, 2022 over the phone and ***** from Doittennis said he'd reach out to Yonex. On Oct 26, he suggested I send the racquet so that Yonex can confirm the warranty.I sent the racquet on March 5, 2023 (received March 10, 2023) to DoitTennis.I got no response or communication from them from Oct 26 till April 29th, after several emails:- April 24th - asking for status - April 29th - asking for status again Doittennis rejected the claim as expired. The problem I have:- Doittennis have consistently avoided to communicate with me. - Doittennis have not informed me of any deadline. I have requested warranty and shipped the racquet well within the 1 year warranty that was advertised.- Doittennis did not inform me of the claim having expired, so I spend an additional $9.89 for return shipping.- Doittennis did not inform me of a problem when it received the racquet, even though I had included the emails, order number and reason for shipping the racquet back.Requesting refund for the original purchase price of $82

      I placed an online order April 4, 2023. It is May 1 and I have not received the package. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they told me there is nothing they can do, that I should file a claim with ***** I am not the shipper of the package. It is the shipper's responsibility to file a claim. I paid for items I never received and Do It Tennis is refusing to issue a refund. This is fraud.

      Hi, name is ***. I bought a $200 babolat tennis racket (Order# ***-1448026-9030655) from them but I received a different tennis racket that suppose to go to a different person out of state. I contacted them via amazon, because I bought it through amazon, but I have not heard anything back. I called them and they said someone will contact me within 2 business days of receiving the return racket and still I have not heard from them. According to my return label ***** tracking number 1Z0V2Y989018122726, the item was returned on 3/28/2023 at 10:42 am and received by *****. I am very concern because I have not heard from them reaching out to me. The wrong item that sent to me was not my fault and I don't understand why they would not have a priority or concern about this kind of situation. In the return package, I have also noted my instruction and contact information for them to seek out to me but still no response. I hope that they will put this into consideration and reach out to me for a resolution or an update of my order. And hopefully they will change their method of customer service.

      I ordered a tennis racket on do it tennis on January 27, 2023, the order number is #******. Unfortunately,they sent the wrong product to me.At the beginning, I planned to ask them to ship again, but the tennis racket I ordered is out of stock.I contacted them and asked me to return it. I have returned the wrong package and they has received it. However, they has not refunded to me and sent emails without reply.I'm looking forward to your help,thanks!

      ***** never actually delivered this return package to **.  However, that is not the customer's fault so we have gone ahead and issued the customer a full refund.

      I purchased a racket from do it tennis. After the returning the racket the vendor gave only half the refund claiming the item was scratched. The item was unused while in my possession and I am due a full refund.

      Ordered 2 tennis bags from Do It Tennis online web site. Bags were listed as "in stock" with "free 2-day shipping". Do It Tennis web states the following shipping policy "Orders placed by 3 PM (PST) will be delivered in 2 business days.".After 7 days, I contacted Do It Tennis via their "Contact Us" option on their web site to find how why the tennis bags had not shipped. I received no response. After 10 days, I again contacted Do It Tennis via their "Contact Us" option to request a ********************* Again, no response.

      On Friday, July 17th, 2021 I bought a tennis racquet bag from Do It Tennis.When this bag arrived I inspected it and noticed a missing strap which DOES affect its proper use, I reached out by phone to Do It Tennis, at first they offered a full refund after successful return of the bag, they asked for pictures and order number.I sent the pictures and order number, two business days later I received an email saying they've reached out to the manufacturer and the manufacturer was going to send the strap directly to me in about 4-5 days.I reached out again on August 13th, ***** with Do It Tennis offered checking with the manufacturer.I reached once more on August 14th requesting a full refund with no response from Do It Tennis.

      On 4/30/21 Do It Tennis created Order Number ****** for a pair of tennis shoes I wanted to purchase. The return policy on the website showed that these were a returnable item (in new, unused condition--which is how they are now). When I received the shoes and realized the toe box was too wide for a fit, I searched the package for a return label and return refund form. There was none. I have emailed Do It Tennis four times to request this information in addition to calling twice. On yesterday's call they promised that I would have a return label and return information in my email by end of day. I did not receive it yesterday or still today. I need help obtaining a refund please.
