After 35 years our backyard needed a complete make over. We were referred to Gallardo Landscape by our landscape designer. After talking with ****** and seeing his company's current work, reviewing the detailed bid and payment schedule, we decided to use them. Co-ordination between the designer and ****** and his crew was not a problem. Throughout the process the crew communicated with us each step of the way. Whenever we had questions or needed time to make a decision it was never a problem. Whenever changes were needed, he explained what the change was, and why it was needed and the cost. Never had any surprise bills. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, worked very hard and each day left the work area clean and organized. Work was completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We would use them again and highly recommend them.

We had a very good experience with *** and his team. We hired him to overhaul both our front and back yards. The backyard was a pretty large project and included excavation of our hillside and building a very long retaining wall. They also poured several new concrete pads and built a low lying deck. The front yard was also completely re-landscaped but the project was less complicated. For both projects, *** was always available via phone call or email to help answer our questions. He spent a lot of time patiently walking around our yards with us while we worked the designs together. His interactions with us were always informative and very polite. He's truly a nice guy! His crew was also great to work with and the job site was usually always very well maintained throughout the project. I would recommend *** and his team to any of our family and friends!

We chose Gallardo Landscape for our first home, a new construction property. All we had in the back and along our very long driveway was dirt. Gallardo did a fantastic job with everything. Their crew worked consistently on our project. They answered all of our questions and were patient as we took time to make decisions. They installed our gas lines, handled irrigation, laid pavers, put in turf and DG, and made our firepit area. Everything was done very well. We have been extremely happy with how our yard came out and would recommend this team to anyone.

Gallardo Landscape handles our weekly lawn service as well as hedge trimming a couple of times a year. They always arrive early and do a great job maintaining our lawn and landscaping. Reliable and trustworthy. Ive seen landscaping that they have installed in at our neighbors home and it is beautiful.

We hired Gallardo Landscape to remodel our entire backyard and are pleased with the results. The plan - removing existing landscape and hardscape, installing new pavers, new grass, a privacy screen, paved sideyard, and a new glass fence - was presented to Gallardo Landscape as a rough blueprint, which ****** and team brought to life. His crew arrived early each work day, was respectful towards our family, and executed the plan to near perfection. Communication was consistent and clear, and ad hoc questions we brought to ****** were answered with clear subject-matter expertise. The payment schedule was logical and never felt pressured; we felt comfortable throughout the entire process.Our yard now exceeds what we thought was possible and truthfully has added considerably more to the value of our home than the cost of the project. We would recommend ****** and team to anyone.

I contacted Gallardo Landscape this past Saturday August 21, 2021 to get an estimate what it would cost per month to take manage the landscape at our property. I was told they would come by Monday August 23, 2021 at 1:30 pm to look at the property. Monday 1:30 came and went. I called them at 1: 52 pm to see if they were running late or behind. I was told they thought the time was set for 2:30. I said no, but that 2:30 was fine. Once again 2:30 came and went. It is now 4:40 pm and I have attempted to contact them multiple times with no answer, only voicemail. First impressions are lasting impression. Apparently they do not need the business and I am more than willing at this point to look elsewhere. It's the little things a customer will remember and anyone who has a work ethic and conducts business like this clearly is not someone I would hire nor recommend. Gallardo Landscape wasted my time and has tarnished the reputation they had from the 2019 review of always being on time. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere as I am...... Anyone who does business like this will never get my business. If possible to rate lower than 1 star, they are a shoe-in.
