We hired Meathead to move office furniture between two buildings. We opted for the "Standby" appointment - they called when expected, showed up 15 minutes later, and worked hard to get the job done quickly!

We recently retained Meathead Movers for a move from San Luis Obispo to Santa Maria. Meathead Movers from start to finish was excellent in delivering service, starting with setting up a date and a complicated multi-site pickup plan. The 3-member team on the Meathead truck were completely pleasant to deal with. They worked efficiently and effectively, with no problems at all. The service charges were reasonable, in our estimation. Overall, we were very satisfied with their service. Rate them 5 stars. ****** B.

Amazing!!! B****** was fabulous when he provided me with the estimate. Movers ******l A, ***** S, and ***** C were fast, professional, and careful with my belongings. They kept me informed on how long the move would take. They made sure all my belongings were placed in the correct rooms. Move date 11/11/2022

MEATHEAD MOVERS are the best. They have integrity, energy, smiling faces and lots of humor. They work hard and get the job done without scratching walls, furniture, etc. Next time I move I will call Meathead Movers.

When we moved from Prescott, AZ. to San Luis Obispo, CA, we hired Meathead Movers to unload the truck. The two young men who came were very courteous and worked hard without stopping for breaks. They finished the work in the estimated time and the cost was what we had been quoted. We would not hesitate to hire them again. E**** ******

When we decided we needed to move our 3200 sqft home from Clovis back to Southern California, we chose Meathead over other local outfits based on our previous experience with them. We met Michael Bronze at our home, he assessed our property, and originally quoted us over $9500. After negotiating, we decided to rent a 20' U-haul, and Meathead would bring (2) 26-foot Meathead trucks plus 7 movers to pack, all estimated at a bit over $8K. We basically needed Meathead to pack two specific rooms into the Uhaul, and we planned to drive that truck and meet a separate team of unpackers at 4pm at our new destination. At 9:07 we get the call from the team lead (Alex) stating that start time was 9:45a, but they were going to be late, as they needed to gas up their trucks. They ultimately arrived just before 10:15a. We then gave the team direction three times on which two rooms to pack, and then to fill any remaining space with boxes from the garage. At noon, my son and husband took off for Southern California with the lightly-packed Uhaul (team wasn't able to place more in the truck as they were originally late, and we were out of time,) leaving me to work with the team to finish the house. This is where it all unraveled. at 2pm, the team started "working" on the dryer, and after 30 minutes claimed that they were going to need to leave it, as they couldn't disconnect the gas hose. My husband called the nearest "man" we could find, who came over and disconnected the hose in two minutes. Shortly after, the Team Lead mentioned that "they were out of time" and were going to have to leave what was just about 1 room worth of furniture and belongings around the house. The team not only wanted to get out with the least work possible, but they didn't know how to cube a truck. As you'll see by pictures, neither truck was above one layer of items. We called the original estimator to complain and determine what alternatives we had; the best he could offer was to have another team

I recently had to move my mother-in-law very quickly; I was so overwhelmed! I found the Meathead Movers on line and I'm so happy I did! They came in and wrapped, loaded and unloaded all of her furniture into a storage unit! Not one item was damaged and my back was saved!! I can't say enough good things about this company, I would recommend them to anyone trying to move on your own. Save your energy, save your back call the team and watch them work their magic. The cost was very little compared to me trying to move the furnishings, rent a truck and con friends to help with the heavy lifting!! Moving to another city or moving across town they cannot be beat!!

Professional, Top Quality Associates, Responsive to My Concerns & a Great Value, too! The team which came to assist me loading the rental truck were absolutely awesome. Great communication and thought to loading all my treasures. Truly stellar in every way!
