After seeing Lisa Leonard Design promotional ads for Mother’s Day gifts, I placed an order on April 19, 2024. My order confirmation came with a letter saying they were two weeks behind in production. The money was taken out of my bank account right away. I have tried to contact the company to get the status of my order to see if the gift will even arrive in time for Mothers Day. I called and left a message for a return call but that never came. I emailed and on May 1, I received a form letter explaining that my order will be delivered as soon as it’s out of production. So again, no idea when I will receive my order. And even still, the company is promoting gifts for Mother’s Day…which isn’t going to happen. Seems like a scam to me and I want my money back.Review from Sherrie M

Delivery Issues I have ordered from Lisa Leonard before. My current order is an additional name for a pendant I bought my friend, from Lisa Leonard, several years ago. I ordered it on March 13, 2024. Since then I have emailed the company on the status of my order. I tried calling but could only leave a message. I am beside myself because I can’t get a truthful answer from anyone! I have heard they are running two weeks behind, my item is in production, all March orders are going to be shipped out (a week ago), and now it is April 25th. Where is my order? I feel bad for people who have ordered Mothers Day gifts. I have a feeling they will not get it in time. At this time, I don’t feel confident with the company and me receiving my order. I have 3 stacking silver rings from over 10 years ago, I wear daily. They are pefect. I just received an additional one as a gift for Christmas 2023. The ring has changed from its original design and quality. This new ring has sharp edges (the older style had rounded edges), thicker band, tarnished upon arrival, lighter in weight and type set (font) has changed and is slightly bigger? I have previously ordered a Nativity from Lisa Leonard Designs a few years ago. It was so beautiful that i wanted to order one for my daughter and new son in law for their first Christmas away from home. The Nativity was ordered (and credit card charged) in NOV 2023. It is now mid JAN 2024. Despite MULTIPLE phone calls and emails, I am STILL WAITING for this item to be delivered. They provided a "tracking order" that actually included a partial shipment of a SINGLE ANGEL. The remaining order has NOT been received, NOR am i able to get any real updates on the status of my order. Two weeks ago, I was provided an updated "tracking/ shipping order" that is an INVALID NUMBER. I have attempted to get this clarified / corrected, but had NO further COMMUNICATION from Lisa Leonard Designs. I have requested FULL REFUND, but still waiting on that as well. Despite having beautiful products, I would never again order from Lisa Leonard Designs. SUMMARY: DO NOT ORDER FROM LISA LEONARD DESIGNs. They WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT.Review from Re D

Quality has decreased over the last few years. Font style does not match charms from three years ago. Poorer quality as well. Shipping communications were unclear. You’d have better luck and higher satisfaction from buying from a seller on Etsy.Leonard Group Response

I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order. Since each item is handmade, there is some variation within the designs and we remake our molds after a certain number of uses. I placed an order for two baby pewter spoons for my granddaughters on September 26, 2023 on the Lisa Leonard Design’s website. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact Lisa Leonard Designs by phone (I left voicemail messages each time) about when I would receive my order, I later received an email that the spoons were shipped to me on December 6, 2023. Shortly after, a package from Lisa Leonard Designs arrived and I was very disappointed to find one (1) of the spoons was not what I had ordered and the other spoon was poorly made and it could not be used to feed a baby. I again tried to reach Lisa Leonard Designs by phone and then sent two emails and was unsuccessful. No response has been received from Lisa Leonard. I want a FULL refund. My biggest regret is not investigating Lisa Leonard Designs on the BBB website.Leonard Group Response

Scam. Took over three months to receive a package I ordered $180 (3 rings), and only received one. The metal isn't real silver. They advertise as being manufactured in CA. They are actually manufactured in Israel. I can't get a hold of anyone at this company. Deceptive, just awful.Leonard Group Response

L****, I see that we have been working with you to get this resolved. We do only produce sterling silver or gold items. However, you may be refering to the matte finish on the piece. About 3 years ago, my husband purchased a 14 K gold necklace for me, with 2 small initial heart charms for my 2 grandchildren at the time. In July 2020 I ordered a new gold charm for my newest grandson… it took 3 months to receive the charm, without an explanation from Lisa Leonard. In June 2023, I ordered my last gold charm from them and once again it took over 3 months to receive it. When I opened the box, the gold charm was the wrong size. I contacted Lisa Leonard and the said that they would re order the charm, but that I needed to send back the other one. I told them that I would send it back as soon as I received the new one. They expedited my order and when I received the new gold charm, the lettering was too large compared with the other charms I have from Lisa Leonard. I even sent them pics of my other charms. They told me that they now have the charms made outside of the US now, hence the reason its takes so long to get the gold charms. They said I could have my money back or they can try to remake the gold charm again. I returned the large gold charm 2 months ago and I haven’t heard anything from Lisa Leonard:( I will not be purchasing anything else from Lisa Leonard in the future.Leonard Group Response

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your order. Since we do handmake each order there can be some variation in the sizes as we create new molds after a certain number of uses. So adding a charm every few years will result in some variation. I saw our team was already assisting you with this, so I will let them resolve it with you privately instead of in a public forum. Placed order in October, got the wrong thing contacted customer service returned product and am still waiting for correct order. Its now December and still nothing. I have been in contact with customer service through email because nobody ever answers their phones. They have been responding but giving me the run around on order details. M***, I am sorry that we are unable to make repairs on jewelry. You purchased this item nearly 4 years ago and our extended warranty is only valid for 3 years. Due to the daily wear and nature of each piece, we are unable to offer a lifetime repair service. I hope a local jeweler is able to assist you.
