  Awful! They scam small businesses. They lie to mislead clients to change to their payment processor with higher fees. They take money for anyone new who signs up on their app claiming it’s a new lead from them…. But at the same time they force you to use their app. So they steal 20% of all app sales for new clients which is unethical and not in their original contract. They are now making clients use one email and password for all businesses and making it impossible for the small businesses to give 5 star customer service since every issue we now have to call them up and speak to an uneducated level 1 staff member that doesn’t know how to help. They make serious changes without properly training their staff. They are making it hard for clients to sign up for your classes. They are even advertising other centers child your students try to sign up for your studio!!!! They are a huge money hungry scam that doesn’t support small businesses in any way! Their customer service is horrendous. Fees always going up and deposing reports to check these fees is like turtle slog slow! Which is just a way of making it impossible to check their fees and dispute ones that are not credible. Aka an account merge or existing student crating a new account since their update locked so many existing members from their accounts. This company is just awful. I could go on and on

  Avoid Mindbody/Booker at all costs!!!! Total scam.
  This has been the most frustrating experience of my professional life. I signed up for Booker (by Mindbody) and was completely misled. I was promised that their Mindbody Listing Marketplace provide me with extra exposure and attract new clients to my business. In the 3 months of being listed as an active business I had 0 new clients and during the initial pitch I was promised "at least 50% growth of business".
  The booker and mindbody are two systems are different and incredibly confusing. The Booker platform is outdated, full of bugs, and absolutely not worth $220/month. I dont know about Mindbody that much except that they are trying to integrate with without success.
  Support is beyond incompetent. Everything takes weeks to fix — if it gets fixed at all. My listing on the Mindbody app was promised to attract new clients, but it's a complete scam. The system generated a photo of makeup application, which has nothing to do with my business (I do skincare). They claim that they are unable to do anything about it to correct it due to system limitations, and I wasted countless hours and tears trying to resolve this.
  I felt trapped, ignored, and helpless. If I could give zero stars, I would.
  Do not fall for the sales pitch. Go with Square, GlossGenius, or anything else. This system cost me time, money, and mental peace.

  Horrible sales team, horrible help desk, horrible escalation team. I have never been so disappointed with any other company ever in my life. The worst decision I could have made when setting up my business 8 months ago. My SMS feature has not been fixed despite dozens of requests over the last 8 months. I’ve jumped through hoop after hoop to have my AI feature removed still excuse after excuse from the company. There is zero accountability, poor training and disjointed communication between the entry level knuckle heads that answer help desk calls and the higher escalation teams. There have been zero positives in choosing this company only frustration. Companies with a high level of satisfaction among customers would not have to offer $5,000 referral bonuses to manipulate current customers to invite other businesses to this hell.

  Same issue as most reviewers. A scam, a runaround canceling a 'contract' that never existed. The 'trial' was more like a sentence. Once their 'trainer' proved a waste of my time, I contacted Nathanial Bronson, Senior Business Development Consultant, who told me to contact Gabriela (no last name on all her correspondence), about ending any contact with this company. Then endless emails about reduced fees, free months but no agreement to cancel and then a threat in a phone conversation with Nathanial about shutting down my business website to prove I'm not in business. Then came the buy-out from Gabriela; I'm locked in for a year and they want $144.50 monthly for a year. Surprised California didn't shut this company down.

  Deceptive Practices & Abysmal Customer Support
  After giving Mindbody over weeks to resolve systemic issues and cancel the services that never started, I can confidently say this is one of the worst business software platforms I've ever used. As a studio owner, here's what you're really signing up for:
  1. Fraudulent Billing Practices
  2. Technical Incompetence
  they'll vanish when you need support. Save yourself the inevitable FTC complaint and choose literally any competitor.
  DO NOT TRUST their sales reps' promises - get everything in writing and assume none of it will work.

  The worst company I've ever worked with please don't use them if you are looking for a booking software system. They force you into a 12 month contract without a way out without paying over 2k. They don't offer you a trial and the sales person only shows you a small amount of what the software is like basically shows you what it's like already setup. It took me days with no help from them to set it up. They only transferred my client list via a exported list I had to create in a excel sheet exported from my old system they didn't transfer anything else as I was too "small" for them to do it for free. I should of known not to agree to a contract without a trail I even asked what happens if I hate it after 90 days can I get out of the contract they said they would "work something out" I hated it a month in and they said it was 2.5k to end my experience with them. I waited another 2 months and just couldn't take it anymore as it was just issue after issue. I wish I NEVER worked with this company they DON'T care about small businesses and just want your money!

  Terrible company ! Do Not Publish your business with them. Hopefully you see this review before you go into contract with them. There is no trial period, so please be careful.
  I asked if this service would be great for a salon suite, I have a two person salon space, i was advised by their sales person and team this is great. It was nothing but headaches from the beginning. I tried to get out of the contract and I am not allowed to. I came to BBB and after seeing so many negative reviews, I hope that mine can help guide someone else when navigating a new business and NOT use their service, unless you have an IT or Management Team.
  Only a one star review because I can’t leave zero stars.

  What a scam. Bait and switch company taking advantage of small businesses with little to no transparency about their program without actually signing up and paying ridiculous fees. Then will not allow you to cancel (one day later) when you finally enter the program to discover that the program absolutely is unaffordable with lots of hidden fees and all of the labor and onboarding of your current clients has to be done by YOU. Their business model is scaled for much larger businesses, and the specialists will not tell you that. Do not sign any kind of contract with them because you will absolutely not be able to get out. They make you do all the work and you pay them ridiculous. Monthly fees in the 300- 1000 range for a full year - then try to force you to renew annually. No Bueno

  Mindbody have stolen $700/mo from me for months they told me I would receive a data transfer with an additional account and they would down grade my current account. It’s been months and they are charging me I now have to report fraud everywhere I can as they are not honoring my written requests to down grade and CANCEL!
