I sent a $275 retainer fee in March of this year. I heard back from the agency just requesting more information. On one occasion ****** call me after several emails and said they were completing 2019 taxes and in a training and that is why they have not gotten back to me. It has been a few months and I have not gotten an update on my taxes nor have they responded to over six emails and the voicemails are full. Not sure what else to do. I would not like to have to spend time reaching out to them and requesting my money back or status anymore. I give up... They are not responsive at all.Initial Complaint

I gave my taxes paperwork 2 weeks ago and I dont hear from *************************. I keep calling and texting him about my taxes. No response. I gave him my 3 years of my taxes, which I havent file. Yesterday was the last day to file 2021 tax and havent heard from him. Just told him to return all my taxes paperwork as I have no copies. Please help me to get all my original taxes paperwork.
