I went to sf for the day and my 2017 ******* Sonata broke down. I called the nearest ******* service department and had my car immediately towed there. I called the service department to let them know my car would arrive at there location within the hour. The service department told me that the car would be looked at within the next 3 days. Instead it took them 3 days to locate my car and I didnt receive one phone call from service department during this time. I finally get in touch w a female who I believe is the receptionist and shes the only person I have spoke with. She said by next Tuesday they will know . Its now tues and Ive been calling since 9 am and its 4pm and nobody is calling me back. Everytime I call I get sent to voicemail . Ive communicated to ******* that I cant go home because i live 2 hours from there location. Hotel and food are breaking my bank account plus missing work. I just want to know whats wrong with my car and get a phone call back from these people . I literally call 5-8 times a day and I have never received any calls, texts or emails. I brought my *** ****** in to determine why the car would not start after I already purchased a new battery. Car went in on 8/19, and I picked up my car on 9/8 due to recalls. The customer service was far less than adequate. This location has no loaner vehicles and they were unwilling to rent a car, I had to personally pay for a loaner car due to delay in obtaining recall parts. The car was towed to *** on 9/15 as the car would not start as the service department asked if it could come in that day. I called the 16th to no avail, finally I reached someone on the 17th and I was told, they had no idea my car was there. He said, *** would be a diagnostic on Sat 18th since they did not follow up. Ibcalled Sat, had to return call which tends to occur frequently. Today is 9/20, and I am only receiving a voice message. I am hoping you can offer me assistance as corporate office is aware and nothing has changed.
