We went to airport testing site. This was a trip to ******. They have billed us for services they did not give. Looks like an office visit but no exam was ever given. I'm a health care provider and this seems to be total scam. No exam or past medical history was ever asked.Business response

We do have Physician Assistants(*********** that asks each patient their past history, current medication, and the PA's do a visual exam. This is something we offer every patient that comes in for COVID testing and insurance covers this service. There is absolutely zero out-of-pocket costs for patients with insurance.
The customers/patients are aware they are speaking with a health professional.

Me and my wife got our Covid-19 testing done at this location for our travel. It was a drive through testing on 06/15/2021. This facility submitted the claims as "New Patient Outpatient visit" even though they are not. I called their billing department multiple times to explain this to resolve the issue. Since the insurance already paid them for the claim, they are not following up on the issue. This is insurance fraud. I want the facility to talk to my insurance and resubmit the claim with correct procedure code. This is the resolution I am looking for.Business response

CityHealth is not only a COVID testing site, we are also an Urgent Care. Due to also being an Urgent Care, we also have Physician Assistants on-site to speak with each patient. We confirm their medical history, current medication, symptoms, exposures, visual examination, etc.
Our customer service team is available Monday - Sunday 9 am - 10 pm and can assist patients with any of these questions or concerns. Our billing team can always be contacted at ************************************ for assistance as well.
