      Do not use this moving company ever. They gave me an initial quote of $2980 for a move from ** to **. Moving a household of 1 person. Then changed their moving date and arrival times 1-2 before the move. Their excuse was they did not have a truck. When they arrived the day of the move they raised the price to over $10,000. They held all my stuff in *********** for 5 days. I asked them not to touch my breathing machine, they packed it anyway, after I complained they lied and said they were never told not to pack it. All my belongings were packed in boxes which i did myself, and I did not have hardly any furniture. I supplied all the plastic wrap and moving blankets myself. I WENT WITHOUT MY BREATHING MACHINE FOR 5 DAYS!!!! ALL OF MY WOOD FURNITURE WAS SEVERELY SCRATCHED AND DENTED, DAMAGED!!! Please do not waste your money on this horrible company. Your things are precious to you and if you value them do not use this company.

      This is not your average moving group. Moved us from **** to ******* and it was surprisingly smooth.

      Change was $600+ more than the quote. Items were not assembled as promised. After calling several time about the overcharge nothing was done to resolve the issue.

      Work with Cross Country Movers three weeks ago. They weren't the first place I called but it was my final decision. They seemed very upfront, honest and from what I read online they've given great movers to may. I meet an employee of the business at my storage unit and opened it up for him so he could give me a proper quote. Other companies I called only asked a couple questions and then rambled off a price. It's my understanding that a quoted price and actual price can be far off depending on how you work with. Cross country gave me a price that they promised wouldn't change and they stuck to their word. Very nice people on the phone and they were early when they first met me at the storage spot. The Move started and ended well.

      From beginning to end, the experience was practically flawless. The movers who arrived to pick up were courteous and professional. They had everything packed up and moved out in less than 2 hours! It was great to receive daily updates by text as to where the truck was. There were a couple of delays, but that was due to weather -we can't control that. When the truck arrived, Richard the driver, along with a local mover, carefully unloaded everything into my new home. Richard was great. Friendly and professional. Everything was in perfect order. Should I move again in the future, I will definitely go with Cross Country Moving again and I will recommend you to others!

      We moved from Sacramento to a small town outside Fort Worth. Our original moving company flaked on us a week before the move. I called numerous moving companies for help. I finally got ****** on the phone from Cross Country Movers. I was in tears because I was so stressed. Between him, ***, and ****, they were able to get a team out to us for my husband's cars and half our stuff on short notice. We got the cars far sooner than we expected. Then we got the first shipment far faster than we expected. We had the second round picked up from family still in Sacramento. Got that quicker than we expected. I will add we only had one issue. It was a lost futon. They found it thankfully and it is being returned to us. They were fully prepared to reimburse us for it's loss. No questions asked on it. I feel we were well taken care of considering the craziness on our end. I honestly don't know what we would of done if ****** hadn't of taken pity on me and been willing to listen to my story and lend a helping hand. It was more expensive than expected but that was due to the other company messing us over and it being last minute. Not once did they make any claims or statements that wasn't backed up. They busted their backends to make sure our satisfaction about the lost futon that was ultimately found. Thank you 3 and your teams!!! We couldn't of made it home without y'all

      Very courteous returned calls. Price was fair comparable to other quotes and her car arrived 2 days earlier!! Would use this company again!

      I had hired movers to pick up my things from storage in order to transport them cross-country after I had already relocated. Trying to coordinate a move remotely is already very stressful and the movers I initially hired never showed up on of the scheduled pick up and then outright cancelled on me the day after. I called ****** very at CrossCountry Moving Company with my predicament and he went above and beyond to quickly coordinate for my things to be picked up - just days later! I'm not sure how he managed that since California moves are in high demand. He even made additional calls on my behalf on his day off to ensure a smooth move. My things were all picked up on time, as scheduled and I received a great communication from ******, as well as **** and **** on the dispatch team leading up the pick up day, the day of, as well as to follow up on all of the next steps leading up to delivery in Massachusetts. I couldn't be more thankful I could count on the professionalism and care of CrossCountry movers when I really needed it.
